I think Obito's fire involves him not using much chakra as he's using his kamui to expand the flame of his fire. Madara probably uses more chakra than Obito as he has more chakra and chakra control for such a huge fire. So in short, Madara has better chakra control, Obito uses kamui to expand his techniques.

+Iqbal 992 I think it depends on how much chakra you put in and how you use it, Its probably the most basic and first fire jutsu you learn so everyone uses theirs differently, just like how some us weopons differently
