Been loving the content mate. I’ve been learning copy in the last 6 weeks (email marketing, VSLs, sales pages - KJ Rainey is the best) and also been driving an SEO project as part of my internship so have thought about ways to combine the two. But kept thinking about the hurdle that you mentioned about not having proof of concept (appearing higher on the search engine takes time). How do you manage to get over it and secure clients?

Glad to hear it man. Sounds like you're putting in good work. The way to get over it is secure a client who already has an SEO campaign running so they understand it. My point in the video was that it can sometimes be difficult to get a new site off the ground, whereas email copywriting works straight away.

Love your stuff man, this sort of grounded and more objective approach to copywriting as a means to earn online is seriously quite the breath of fresh air, especially for a beginner like me, who's still in the learning phase. As you could probably imagine my entire youtube feed is saturated with "HOW I MAKE A BAJILLION DOLLARS WITH COPYWRITING AND YOU CAN TOO" type videos that give you the most elementary info and proceed to try to funnel you into buying exorbitantly priced courses/mentorship programs. I hope your channel gets the recognition it deserves. Cheers.
