Jesus is coming!! Amen. God is merciful. He always forgives. Never be ashamed to take your failures to him. He is for you, not against you! God is with you in the storm. He knows your troubles, he hears you! He is for you, on your side, always! It may feel silent at times, but he’s holding you close! May the Lord return soon! We are drawing closer. He is coming! Believe and trust in the Lord, you will be saved. Period. May the Lord bless you all! Hang in there family. Stay strong. It is not easy following the Lord. We are scoffed at. We give up our earthly dreams, our fleshly desires. What the enemy offers is short lived, but heaven is forever! Life may seem or be unfair, but God is with you! Always remember that. Just because you’re struggling, it doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong. We all go through tests, seasons we don’t understand. What I want us to see is the darkness is not permanent. Many teachers miss what was taking place in the book of Genesis when Adam and Eve ate the fruit off the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Many refer to it as the fall of man, but the fact is, man was made to be like God and the Word. Genesis 3:22-24 KJVS [22] And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: [23] Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. [24] So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. They were given the knowledge of good and evil, along with all of their descendants. But just because they were given the knowledge of good and evil does not mean that they, along with humanity, were capable of doing good consistently. That takes maturity. Hebrews 5:12-14 ESV [12] For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food, [13] for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. [14] But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.

In this teaching, the teacher implies, because we are predestined to be conformed to Jesus Christ, we do nothing, that God decides our ways. We must be careful in our listening. Behind the truth of predestination there are things to know well and understand. We must not leave our security of salvation on the words of human teachers. Yes we must hear them, but with caution. We must examine what is said by any man against the word of God, the Bible. An example is very clear. God created us in His very image. Before all His creation, man was highlighted in among the countless items. He was destined to rule God's creation. Destined! The teacher says we " we do nothing" as God is the director of a predestined man's life. True. Everything a creature does is designed and directed by God (e.g. Psalm 90). But God also gives us, all over the Bible, a very strong warning through examples. Beginning with Adam, God set these examples. If we obey God and NEVER LEAN onto our faulty understanding but acknowledge God's ever presence and direction and follow that direction, we will become as Jesus Christ "I do nothing but what My Father tells me", our redemption is complete in Christ. In Adam, God's warning begins. Adam DISOBEYED God and he was cast out, although he was predestined for glory. Man's high attainments and human works of goodness are not your guarantee. Adam DISOBEYED God. Disobedience to God is the very ROOT of all our sins. Study Jesus Christ! Was He a child of COMPLETE obedience? He is our pattern because our old self is a TOTAL failure. There will be no DISOBEDIENT man, woman or child in God's kingdom, NONE! We are creatures and God demands we obey. Fear God and obey His command! Preachers, teachers, etc. constantly gives us false assurances of being predestined, elect and so on. The only passport of approval from God is complete obedience, like Jesus Christ. Yes, we will be tested, tempted, forced against our will, but God never fails to be there. If we failed to OBEY, He gives us always the chance to return to Him through repentance, from disobedience to obedience. Man is predestined, but he better let God rule him. Read, study, understand, meditate on God's words "day and night" (Psalm 1).

All things work together for good to them that love God the called ACCORDING to His PURPOSE. His Purpose is the perspective that He promises all things work together for good. Verses 29-30 defines His Purpose. If you don't know the Purpose you cannot qualify. or expect. Today most Christians think they are sinners yet In Christ The result of Baptism Into Christ is a new creature and the conscience bares witness that all things are new and are of God. It's the flesh that sees itself a sinner. And if that is the Preeminence; you are not walking after the RULE, A NEW CREATURE Ga.6:15-16. There is no. following the Spirit if you are not a new Creature created In Christ in righteousness and true holiness Eph.2:10

Orthodox means true believers. from Greek orthodoxos 'which is of the right opinion', composed of orthos 'right; and doxa 'meaning'

ADAM DID NOT FAIL IN HIS STEWARDSHIP. Adam failed in his obedience (relationship) with God. We CANNOT "steward" Creation! We are not capable. GOD is the Steward of Creation! OUR responsibility is to GOD. I am disappointed in Derek for espousing such an idea.

Actually a steward is just someone who takes care of what belongs to their king. Genesis 1: 26 - 31 clearly states that God gave Adam dominion over the earth and every creeping thing on the earth.

The Gospel: Plain and Simple “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” - 2 Corithians 11:3 Ask someone today if they are saved and you will most likely hear responses like these: “I have accepted Jesus into my heart.” Or “I have made him Lord of my life.” “I’ve been baptized.” “I said a prayer.” Sounds all good and churchy don’t it; but it is difficult to de-termine whether or not a person actually knows the gospel that saves them. These use￾less phrases don’t describe a thing about what the gospel is and has left a devastating effect of people not knowing what it is that they are saved from nor how they are saved; which leaves a more serious effect of people ques￾tioning their salvation. Let’s not muddy the simplicity of salva￾tion that is in Christ with vague church sounding phrases that do not communicate anything. But rather present God’s word with clarity and assuredness. So here is the gospel: plain and simple. Sin was passed upon all men by one man Adam, and death is a consequence of this sin (Rom 5:12). Mankind has an eternal destiny of condemnation and wrath - Hell - because of this sin (Rom 6:23). No matter what good works one might do we are still found sinners in the sight of our Creator God. And all un￾righteousness and those who follow get in￾dignation and wrath. We cannot be found righteous for by God’s law we are found sin￾ners (Rom 3:19-20). If we have broken even one law we are found guilty. It is for this reason of not being able to create our own righteousness and being born in a sinful flesh that we need a savior (Titus 3:5). Christ is that Savior, God manifested in the flesh, sinless, died in our place on a cross 2000 years ago. Taking upon him the wrath and judgement that was intended for us sin￾ners. And it is through his bloodshed, burial, and resurrection on our behalf that we are able to have peace with God and forgiveness of our sins (1 Cor 15:1-4, Col 3:14). This good news is unto all but only those that believe in it are made righteous in Christ (Romans 3:22). It is then after we have heard this good news of Christ’s righteousness available to us freely, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit and we are now part of Christ’s body the church (Eph 1:13) There is nothing that we need to do, no good works that are required, and no bad works that can separate us from our new po￾sition in Christ (Romans 8:35-39). Faith and belief in this information from God’s word is the gospel. The gospel is not accepting Jesus into your heart. The gospel is not making him lord of your life, it is not saying a prayer and it is not being baptized with water. So next time someone asks you if you are saved.
