I would like to thank Blacoh and Russ Wright for doing an excellent job of presenting the material in a manner which is easy to understand. Due to timing of course availability at Delaware County Community College I was forced to attend the second half of the course for Wastewater Certified Operator Training, which happened to be activated sludge, without having taken the first half of the course. Since I was unemployed and had limited time left for benefits, time was precious. Finding your videos enabled me to learn what I had missed, while simultaneously being introduced to the new material being taught in classroom.. Within four months I was taking the state board exams and passed four exams at one test session. I wouldn't have done it without the additional knowledge gained from your instructional videos!
