@Naveen & Brijesh- I think the core issue that many of the guys' fear gets driven not by their own mind (may be to a small limit but not majorly) but due to the over expectation from the companies who do not understand the extent to which testing can fit in a particular framework of Automation or AI or GenAi or new tech. that keeps coming up. The companies rather are mostly fascinated by the Buzz words stated in the previous line. So, the want to get into a job & continue stand to the company's expectation (may be unrealistic to an extent) infuses the myths, fear or the likes in the testers' mind.
Hello Naveen, I have six years of experience in manual and automation testing, specializing in Selenium with Java BDD framework and currently engaged in upgrade testing within a Linux environment at an MNC. As I look to advance my career, I'm interested in exploring AI-based testing or other emerging technologies that offer promising growth opportunities. Could you please provide guidance on which path to pursue or suggest booming technologies worth considering? Your insights would greatly contribute to my career development.
Hi Naveen, Anurag from Halifax Canada
Name ; Priya and Country : London,UK. The things which work at 20' will never work same at 30 to 40 years. It's true in my Case Question ;I have shifted for last year's and searching Jobs. I am having 11 years experience in testing and for my experience in the UK people are not looking for Selenium with Java. I am facing direct rejection because I am not aware of Cypress and playwright. Can you please suggest which I need to learn to get a job .Can you please talk about it?

Both are same SDET= Software Development Engineer in Test
Only thing which matters these days is DSA . If you know DSA then you have already mastered the automation interviews considering automation as far far easier to learn . I don’t know how people are surviving in industry just by doing manual testing and still not upgrading themselves.
Whatever it is but there No Calls , No Interviewes, No job
