Kelsey Walmart has a warm steam humidifier by Vicks it’s like $18 and you can get the Vicks liquid to make breathing better and Vicks has shower steamers also they’re bomb, and I know you love tea buy the Yogi elderberry lemon balm immune/stress tea it really helps me, hope this helps,hope you feel better and y’all ladies have a good weekend!!!

I loved the Vicks Vaporizer when I tried it. Unfortunately I don't have humidifier recommendations. However, the steam coming from the Vicks Vaporizer is nice and warm and helps with congestion (you can even put essential oils like eucalyptus for easier breathing)

I swear even after years of being an OG sometimes I look at Kelsey thinking she’s Kendra although their voices are different 😂❤

A good ol Vicks vaporizer never fails me! The steam is HOT!!

hello ladies! if you want steam, you probably need a vaporizer, not a humidifier. we have one in my son’s room (that i think we got from target in the pharmacy section) and it’s by Vick’s.

Vicks have a humidifier that blows hot steam.

Sounds like you’re looking for a Vaporizer Kelsey! They do make some cool/warm humidifiers though but mostly it’d be vaporizers with a warm mist.

Kelsey, try putting 2 cups of water in a small pot and add 5 drops of Oregano oil to it and once it starts boiling turn it off put a towel over your head and inhale the steam for 2 minutes. Your sinus will open up and allow you to breath and get rid of the congestion and stuffy nose. I also add the Oregano oil to my diffuser with eucalyptus, peppermint and lavender. Hope u feel better!🙏🏾❤️

A vaporizer blows out hot steam. I believe that is what you are looking for, I used to use them for my kids. A humidifier blows out cool air.

It took me along time to figure it out because my meds wasn't controlling my bp so after trial and error I was being super strict with sodium but all along what was raising my bp was high amounts of CARBS AND SUGARS .....when I cut down on carbs/sugar it went down tremendously and it never crossed my mind that it could be that but yeah just letting u know that CARBS and sugars will make your bp go up pretty high

Ok I will have to try those spices the next time I make a grill cheese sandwich. Have you ever made a grill cheese with Muenster cheese? It has a nice buttery flavor
