I know I was thinking the same thing. I was trying to work with a public figure and artist but when he met me, all the business deals we talk about, that I thought were going to be implemented, it never happened. He had an attraction towards me and business was the last thing on his mind. He disrespected me and stalked me. I was shocked and hurt. I realize I can’t do business with men in the entertainment industry. A lot of men abuse power or their name.

As an IP/trademark lawyer, I'd advise you to get your trademark done through gov agencies (Companies House in the UK for example). This form of a trademark is sometimes unenforceable and doesn't stand up to legal scrutiny! It's very cheap to legally trademark without seeking legal advice, just a few forms to fill in (online these days) with a small fee.

Unfortunately, the poor man's trademark/patent/copyright doesn't hold up in court anymore. You have to go to uspto to formally file so it's legal.

I am 54 and Adrienne truly inspires me to do and want more in my life. God bless you. Lana you're awesome.

Big props for this. For people who didn’t grow up privileged and still don’t have access to certain connections. It can be so overwhelming bc the idea seems so out of reach for a lot of ppl.
