Did you eat at any of the specialty restaurants? Mardi Gras was a top 3 cruise for us, but the food wasn't exactly a hit.

Emerils is excellent, steakhouse excellent, sushi good,tabinyaki is good and I did not care for the seafood restaurant. Chibang good, Italian restaurant was okay. I have gone in these ships 3 times and the food does not disappoint unless you go to the buffet which in my opinion not good.
