Malon, The issue with the hood is real. I live in Colorado, US and have experienced this issue during the winter. I have shot with and without the hood and it does make a difference, until the lens adjusts to the environment. Looking forward to your post trip videos. Have fun.

Thanks Mark. I found the lens was always cold whenever I had to shoot here in the Himalayas, so never really faced any situations where this became an issue. it's great to learn of this, and to also have it affirmed! Thank you!

Hi Marlon, do you take the FStop camera bag in your carry on hand luggage on the flight?

I do yes, it fits perfectly in the overhead luggage holder. If it’s a smaller plane & the bag has some large items in the top compartment, I may need to remove those items. But, the content within the ICU never gives me any issues.

Hi Marlon, Great practical video. I have the same question, I looked at the Tilopa bag , the length would be an issue with Qantas I would usually travel to Delhi with. I may have to find something different.

@@pics7161I can’t imagine it being an issue. I’ll film my bag on the various flights this year, and share videos accordingly. The Tilopa has never really given me issues on commercial flights, especially long haul.
