POST-FILM UPDATE: Dang it! I realized I had Sunshine Mimosa and Saltwater Breeze in my collection after I finished filming, hehe. Sunshine Mimosa was infamous for being the very first BBW candle to have the infamous fish lid. Not much to report on Saltwater Breeze other than it was a really pleasant scent! I've never seen your channel recommended to me, but noticed it mentioned in one of the candle groups I'm in. What a breath of fresh air to hear someone speak accurately and honestly about the candle fragrances. Now I've been watching your videos nonstop!

Damn you're good - knowing the body care and candle launches going back over 10+ years.... thanks Kent for the history lesson. I just never got what was so fab on the BodyCare candles.

I love Dream Bright. When it came out, I bought the 3 wick, wallflowers, car scent, room spray, and EDP. I am so disappointed that I can no longer get the car scent or the wallflowers. Since I stocked up on the car fragrance, I still have it and my car still smells like it. I will be sad when I run out 😞

Omg....lol I loved Paris amour 🤩 I was so sad I only bought 2 so I no longer own it, however I think BBW may bring back one day since the body care still comes back. Lol, one of the positives of bbw repackaging 😁👍

A baby pink matte lid would have been gorgeous on the Gingham Gorgeous! 💕

Great collection. Into the night, in the stars, gingham, poppy, and dream bright are my fav body care candles.

My favorites are Dream Bright, in The Stars, Fall In Bloom, 1000 Wishes and Gingham Gorgeous

There is a certain nostalgia I have for the simple Slatkin labels. I really hope bbw sees the return to the 90s and 2000s as an opportunity to revisit their OG stuff.

Great, fun video! Blue Jasmine & Currant smells very different from 1000 wishes. Currant is a fruit like a cherry so that candle is fruity. Edit: Okay, it does smell similar.

I moved into our freshly built house in August of last year which was still off gassing horrific chemicals from all the building materials which completely wrecked my immune system and body right as midnight amber glow was released which I thought I would love and had in my wallflower a body wash etc and I got violently sick between the off gassing and testing positive for covid like the worst violent stomach flu and migraine for a week which is the longest ive been THAT SICK to the point I couldn't even take care of my kids and my husband had to call out so the smell of midnight amber glow always triggers that memory and I totally agree about the nail polish smell! I can't stand it if I come accross it now I get nauseous. I love this video though thanks for letting me share my misery lol.

I absolutely love the smell of together weather body fragrance. It reminds me of the original Cozy Sunday morning that came out in the blue packing in 2015. I have the same warm cozy feeling with Together weather as I did with that. I wish they both came out as candles.

I do like a bodycare candle sometimes but they aren't my favs. That Fairytale lable was nice❤ Artsy. Some of their packaging is shockingly elementary graphic designs; like an intern designed them. I thought last years Nutcracker designs were tasteless and juvenile. (Sorry for the off focus rant😅)

I only collect them if they have a perfume🥰

I think we can only assume that any time they discontinue something is because it just doesn't sell as well as whatever their top-seller benchmarks are. If something was really raking in the money, they wouldn't take it off the shelves.

Yes to "the devil is in the details". I think that's something B&BW new designers are not understanding. The labeling recently is such a disaster and so lazy. If something looks bad or like not a lot of thought was put into it, I don't care how good it smells. There's no point if I'm going to cringe every time I see it. But then again, I do favor some of their more minimalistic designs. I'm more talking about this hammered candle look and the newest fragrance launches in body care. The Ginghams were lovely though I would have also liked to see more matching or detailed lids (like the Halloween lids).

What about sunrise woods or twilight woods, we’re those not body care fragrance candles? Twilight woods was my favorite! It was before I got into collecting and didn’t know they don’t keep releasing the same fragrances 🥲

Yes, Sunrise Woods is a body care candle, but not a single fragrance launch. It was part of a larger collection. Twilight Woods may have been a single fragrance launch, but I simply don't own that candle so it's not in this video!
