There are total 4 starting or base classes in Dragon's Dogma 2. Fighter, Archer, Mage and Thief later on you can unlock additional classes by playing the game and progressing in the story. This video shows the starting skills and abilities of these four classes. Fighter is a strong upfront class where as Archer's play style is from behind the ranks and mage is kind of a support that provides additional boosts and deals some damage. Thieves are super fast and stealthy in this game.
