Yeah, I think the moment she started to go down, like borderline talking back to Gordon, Ben should've swapped her and Van. Basically Ben being too nice, I think costed him sadly.

The sheer collapse from Robyn in this service after her progress across the season is painful to witness.

I really admire Benjamin for showing love and respect to every member of his team especially Robyn. But if you weigh that versus Michelle’s ability to work with Elise and complete service, I get why she won.

I feel that Michelle practically won the moment she picked Elise. Either she showed leadership by working with Elise or she showed leadership by kicking Elise out if she misbehaved. I know people try to blame Benjamin's loss on Robyn, but honestly, I think Michelle showed much more leadership qualities than Benjamin did, not just in the finale, but in the entire season.

The lack of self-awareness from Robin is astounding.

Once I saw Benjamin not kicking Robyn out and letting her back in after her infamous All-Star Finale mistake, I just knew Michelle had a fighting chance. Benjamin definitely blew it. Ramsay's face said it all too

He might not have raised his voice very loudly, but that was possibly the most stern and serious way that Gordon has ever said those two dreaded words that no chef in Hell's kitchen ever wants to hear..... "GET OUT".

Robin succeeded where Sebastian failed

I know she was frantic, but putting lamb in a pan where beef was cooking is a HUGE no-no, that cross contamination can easily get somebody sick 😮‍💨

I forgot how Robyn blew Ben’s chance of winning by being so selfish and coming back begging to be let back in. Ben showed zero backbone and zero standards by letting her back in.

@@chris_zed7425 Ariel came back in the next season which was Rookies vs Veterans and she won that season. Even then, I’m sure some of them weren’t interested for returning for an All Star season. Clemenza(S10), Matt(S4), Melanie(S12) and Sabrina(S8) were one of the few contestants who declined the offer to come back again.

It's not that he let her back in, Gordon has done that a couple times in the past for people who fought back. It's that he took so long to kick Robyn out in the first place that Gordon had to do it for him.

Ben was just being too nice. That cost him

It's clear why Ben lost. Lack of control over his brigade or the quality (multiple times chef Ramsey pointed out the mistakes sent to him at rhe hot plate) In comparison, Michelle handled her brigade really well and even dealt with Elise. Benjamin really shined less than her.

This is the worst & nightmare finale of Hell's kitchen History ⚠️

Kicking Robyn out was the right thing to do, especially when she didn't see what was wrong with cooking two different meats in the same pan. If Chef Ramsay tells you you are doing something wrong, you don't argue or give an opinion, you shut up and listen and correct it, but no, she chose to argue, so she got kicked out. And Benjamin shouldn't have let her back in either, as she was dead weight and was dragging down his chances of winning, pleading to come back didn't work for Nilka (who, by the way, was in his original season), so why should it have worked for Robyn? If he lost just on that basis, I wouldn't be surprised.

I guarantee he still wouldn’t have won if this didn’t happen.

Michelle just commanded her team better overall tbh. Benjamin let too much things slide especially with Robyn and you can’t have that softness in that business tbh.
