All Springbok Tries at Rugby World Cup 2015

Спорт

The Rugby World Cup starts this week and we cannot wait! This is the last video in our series of Springbok tries at the Rugby World Cup. this week we take a look back at 2015. Not a great tournament for the Springboks (don't mention Japan...), but some good tries we scored.
Enjoy and thanks for watching!

Regardless of an embarrassing defeat to Japan the Boks really fought hard and only missed out on the final by a whisker.

You should probably do a "All Springbok tries at Rugby World Cup 2019" video after the success of the team. Fantastic content!

It wasn't a great start to the tournament sure enough, but we did make it to the semis and only lost to NZ by 2 points.

By losing to NZ only by 2 unlike Australia who lost by 17 and winning very easily vs Argentina unlike Australia who could only settle the victory in the last 10 south Africa proved to be the 2nd best team despite the 3rd place . And this in an horrible year because of the loss vs Japan

I reckon that SA v NZ semi was actually the game of the tournament. The Japan win v SA was the moment of the tournament. NZ actually winning (again) was ... well, meh.

In the end we lost to a great New Zealand team, they were just way above and ahead to everyone back then

Geez how many tries from the line outs? Meyer was a one trick pony. No wonder we lost to Japan.

@@Tshikonelo because we lost to the all blacks by 2 points. The ABs then destroyed Australia in the final because they were weak. It is just the way the match ups go sometimes the 2 best teams meet in the semi finals or even quatre finals. We were 2 points from winning that world Cup. 2011 we were the favorites to win but were robbed the opportunity in the quatre finals by bryce lorence

How on earth were we constantly playing catch up to Japan only to let them slip through our fingers at the last minute? Im glad we proved to them that they were never to repeat that abysmal outcome ever again.
