Most of the skin you mention are either gacha exclusive,ranked skins or pass exclusive for wild rift and lor so they cant come to pc plus its confrimed that they dont get port over anytime soon

I knowwww, i'm also an akali and Zeri Main, i didnt get the Crystal rose akali which makes me very sad, but at least i got all zeri skins including the legendary one, im aiming for the chromacrash zeri and if cr akali comes again ill get it

These skin lines are infinitely much better than the PC version. All of them feel so polished and fit extremely well with the chosen champions. Supreme Cells, Stargarzer, Chromacrash, Corrupted, Fruit Spirits etc. are so cool and unique. Even existing skin lines like Lunar Guardian or Soul Fighter are better explored on WR. Meanwhile on PC we get the 70th Lux skin and some random Star Guardian

"foundations" refers to their roots, i assume it's a reimagining of the base character if it was modernized. pretty sure that was the point for the teemo one. not sure about fizz, though.

Coven Janna, DnD wizard Zilean and corrupted Zoe are all phenomenal skins that LoR has pushed out and that's not all the ones I like in just sharing my top 3 picks

Let's be honest here, not all skins from LOL PC is released in other Riot games. Some PC skins aren't going to be released in WR and it's fair that LOR, TFT, and WR has their own exclusive skins. Reminder to everyone these are still separate games. How will these games have a ton of players and hype if they just keep recycling what's already been made. By providing the players those game exclusive skinlines they feel a sense of liking towards it and use it for their favorite champions with the addition of hype to it. It isn't unfair to give other games a chance to shine with their uniqueness, especially if it's from the same universe. If people want to get the skin badly then they should play the game instead, it's as easy as that.
