whats the seem allowance? how many inches at the bottom for hemming?

The math used to form the front and back crotch area has always confused me. Did you use a waist measurement also? After you drew the hip measurement you drew a tiny line vertically. Was this the waist measurement? Thank you!

After sewing 2 legs, turn one out and put it in the left one, matching the crotch edges together and sew.🥰
