Fan fact, I made a little mountain in my teapot and on top of it I placed Shenhe, a house, a table with teapot, a weapon stand and a crane, which was meant to represent Cloud Retainer. Then I went to tell Shenhe good morning, and the bird cawed loudly in the background, at which Shenhe immediately offered to murder it. In my case Shenhe and the Traveler weren't talking about some abstract birds, they were talking about a loud crane in the background.

Im a Shipper of Shenhe x Aether (Aethet x Raiden as well) So imma point out serval moment outside of her quest that shows Shenhe totally into Aether. 1. Meeting her at the dock during Lantern Rite and she will practice smile in order to get us to stay at Liyue Harbor for good. Her EN voice sound like she's really eager to hear us say Yes, and stay there with her. 2. Her final teapot lines indicate that her feelings toward us are more than gratitude. And no its not familiar type of feelings. She doesn't see us as her little brother or son or anything like that. Cloud Retainer ask us to look after her. A mother give her blessing to us to look after her adopted daughter. And if that isn't romance and potential marriage, then I don't know what is. 3. Her lines for Xingqiu clearly indicates that her animosity toward him is from her misunderstanding of him whispering threats to our ears, not Chongyun. So she threaten him out of concern for us. 4. I remember that it was during her voiceline More About Shenhe IV or V. She said she needs Aether, and him alone by her side or something, since the red rope effective is lacking. And only with us, can she keep herself in check.

familiar also means someone you know, it doesn't necessarily have to be from your blood family it can also be a friend or someone known like here shenhe told Aether because Aether is the closest person to shenhe and she knows him well and that's why shenhe She tells Aether that he is someone familiar to her because she has known him for a long time and knows him well.

the romance option for the traveler is more likely to be added at the end of the game and mihoyo company knows that this option is the healthiest for everyone because all players have different preferred waifu to be Aether's girlfriend or characters to be the Lumine's boyfriend and mihoyo know that the choice of the traveler's girlfriend has to be to the taste and preference of each player, several games have this option but it is not unlocked until the end of the game

The funny thing is... There's voicelines option where you can flirt on the characters like Hu tao or Jean, so yeah it's possible.

I think it's impossible to be implemented. The recent censorship of the outfits is speaking volumes already, as it will surely affect the storyline of the game in general as well, and also making dating systems impossible.
