Thanks a lot for the tutorial! Worked fine with a Note 8 after only a few tries. You really don't need to hit the "OK" confirmation of the SIM being ejected. Follow this and it works just as well. 1. Pop the SIM in and immediately hit next. 2. (It's not a rush.. you can take a second to breathe here..) When you're ready, eject the SIM. 3. Immediately after you pop the SIM out you can hit the little "Home" button or w/e under the Date/Time and it will try to bring up the top drop-down menu, from there follow as he says and try to quickly hit the Settings button in the top right corner. Honestly you can even hit the flashlight I did that once as well and it worked, basically, just need to jar the operations long enough for it to leave the top drop-down menu open. 4. So glad this worked for everyone....I have a Samsung 8, the second I click next, it takes me straight to the 'Agree to the Terms and Conditions' page. The black PIN screen doesn't even come up at all..... I take it they yet again stopped us from being able to access our mobiles.

This worked for me in july 2020. I had to do it for 2 days until i got the notification panel to stay down,, my advice to the public is to keep a finger on the phone so the screen doesnt turn off before you continue on to the next part of the instructions in this video. Thanks

@@merer5989 that's what I thought at first, dont worry about hitting the ok button when you release the locked some you have to get used to it, give yourself a day or 2 and you'll start doing it faster and faster and you will see it coming.
