How you fixed it

I have same issue with s9 , applied almost all method availble on diffrent cite and utube, but literally none of them worked, lastly i visited repair shop changed charging jack, that was ultimate solution, after changing charging slot message was dissappeared and so far not came again, I think its purely hardware issue not the software.

Good video. Some people will jst give useless videos saying it's software issue. You cannot use a mobile with usb debugging on, and why should you use.
