People saying Raja's looks are bad, well they were literally 10 years ago and she was the most fashion forward and edgy queen Drag Race had seen at that point next to Nina Flowers, Manila and Yara. She paved the way for queens like Violet, Aquaria, Naomi etc with her decision to not pad and essentially just be a drag supermodel. Dare I say hadn't she won people like Sharon Needles might not have made it on S4 so put some respect on her name, she's a legend.

What I liked most about Aquaria's runways were how DIFFERENT they all were. it's like she drew inspiration from all these different styles and eras of fashion and somehow made it look effortless and refined every single time. she truly is an incredibly gifted artist. I have been watching drag race since season 1 and have never been more excited to see what a queen would be wearing each episode

Violet’s returning crowning look - best in the entire galaxy

Raja single handedly elevated this entire show. Brought a new level to this competition that other queens had never brought. There were queens with good looks before Raja, but every single runway Raja just killed. The walk, the look, the confidence, it was clear from the beginning she’d been winning the competition

The way Violet constructs a look down to the itty bitty details. To me... to me.... TO ME.. to (and I can't stress this enough) ME. Violet is the most intresting fashion icon I've ever witnessed. Ugh the Season 8 crowning look is the best thing I've ever seen 😍

shah hayde yeah. No shade meant here, but I was not gagged at all by Violet's entrance look. The one entrance look that really gagged me in season 7 was Fame's. Miss Violet served some of the most iconic looks EVER in drag race (season 8's reunion look still shakes me to my core everytime I look at it), but to me it wasn't like Raja and Aquaria that from the first moment I laid eyes on them I was like "this hoe is gonna do something different". The first moment that I felt that with Violet was with her reveal look in the first ep. That shit is iconic as fuck.

Raja’s Marie Antoinette outfit is probably the most iconic one

Aquaria has been my fav since the start of season 10 and when she won I was Liviiiiing

I feel like out of the three Violet wins this, she really stood out the second she got in the runway and made that very unexpected ruveal, she worked a lot of silhouettes and color schemes, fabrics, even fashion eras but always making them to look timeless you could tell a garment was inspired by some era of fashion but you can tell it was something new. Raja is close to violet, she has amazing style and good taste, I feel like she did similar silhouettes sometimes but her looks always had that rough and cool edge, the most amazing thing about her is her walk, she could be wearing a fucking dida ritz dress and she would convince you that it’s high fashion. With aquaria it’s weird cause for me (no hate) she wasn’t really that fashion forward, she obviously had amazing looks I’m not going to neglect that but I think she was more focused on giving each look that “cool” and edgy feeling, if you look at the garments individually and without looking at the hair or makeup you’d notice that they’re not really that sickening BUT she’s an incredibly talented make up artist and stylist who really succeeded in interpreting each runway theme in that really edgy way making it look always cool and interesting and setting them apart from her season peers. I also think Manila deserves a spot in here even tho she never was considered a fashion queen like raja, violet and aquaria, each and every single one of her looks (s3, as1, as4) are incredibly polished, different and conceptual she’s one of the few if not the only one who could take some really campy and ridiculous concept and make it look high fashion. And also Sharon needles I think she was the only one after raja that stood out for her incredible looks, she’s not a fashion queen but she definitely gave something really new and fresh to drag race runway.

Manila is a conceptual queen like Sharon, Kim Chi and Sasha. She's not a fashion queen. Rajah, Detox, Violet, Pearl, Naomi and Aquaria are the fashion queens. And of course, Rajah, Violet and Aquaria have been the top from all seasons thus far.

For me Violet is the queen of aesthetics, her fashion tells a story and is polished to the extreme. I was so waiting for every episode to see what she was going to wear and was not disappointed, even more after she won, she continued to grow in a exponential way. The tree of them are polished and refined, Aquaria and Violet were on point every single time, while Raja had one or two looks that were underwhelming for her level.

Not even gonna lie, I watch this on a daily basis

Ru said so himself, Detox sits among these legends! I'd personally rank Naomi Smalls as #5 as well.

There is something about Raja’s look at 2:26. I can’t pinpoint it. But combined with the background music, her absolute goddess walk, that expression, it is truly mesmerizing.
