If I will give you a bond to sign will u sign? Are you ready to relocate? Vaccination? What do you mean by BPO? What is customer service? Sell a pen give demo. Yes, they have international process. They have 5 days working, no they will never ask you to work for 6 days a week. Package depends on your job profile and last in hand salary. If you are planning to join concentrix then go ahead. I can’t give to assurity about salary package but you will get perks like cab facility, 5 days working, food festivals. The way concentrix is organised is wonderful. Hope I answered your questions.

@@tajmichael1699 concentrix is American based company and there are around 25 centres in India. Rules, perks and salary structure is tentatively same in every branch but my slightly differ from location to location. However the things which I mentioned are same for almost every available branch.

Hello mam first I appeared for a test it was a telephonic round then there after I appeared for versant test and after that a mai came that interview with concentrix and I joined there so there the recuirter told me that I have been selected for third round but after that their is no email from them . 1. Work depends from process to process. Mostly there are non voice process but there are some voice and blended process as well. 2. As Cnx is bpo so you will get targets definitely both in terms of quality as well as in terms of numbers. 3. As they have very good training program and in initial phase you will get necessary support and feedback so no need to worry about work pressure. Thank you
