The waterfall theme is actually in the way it is in 1:07 of FNF Indie Cross - Final Stretch (instrumental) faintly. It isn't any Hopes and Dreams mix, it is the actually waterfall leitmotif!

3:46 is also a reference to Battle Against a True Hero (Undyne the Undying)

I heard that 2 and recognized it instantly since I've been listening to Tricky OST alot recently.

I didn't even recognize half of the references for the Cuphead songs. I really like those little cameos. Also you didn't mention it in either of the parts, but Hellclown and Zavodilla do make cameos in Nightmare Run. Alot of people already know this but I thought it would be worth a mention Incase you do make a part 3.

Y’know literally no one ever noticed this, but in last reel, after the first part of the song and it just cuts to bendys scream being played over and over again, Bendy and Bf start to sing “Sketches” which is the main menu theme of BATIM. (The time stamp is 1:09 for the song itself)

at 4:40, there's a lot of parts of the ost that could be considered here, such as save the world (the mallet [chime?] part), one of the parts of reunited (around 1:43 in), waterfall (also you mentioned), hopes and dreams (around 0:45), there's a lot of possibilities for that

Something I don't think most people noticed is that the death music for nightmare cuphead is the anti-piracy version of the theme for the cuphead game. It's a small detail, but I love it either way.

Fun fact: the bendy flying/last reference its actually has two reference 1. Song:its similiar to insturment of cyanide 2.background: the projector is very similiar to the bendy become flying moment(original vid) but the background in original vid is a man thats dance and not bendy show

Here's some references, both Devil's Gambit and Bad Time's game over themes are references Devil's Gambit's game over theme is an unused soundtrack which the file is called "MUS_Intro_DontDealWithTheDevil_Vocal_666". It is a creepy reversed version of the og title screen and it also holds King Dice's laugh at the near of the unused soundtrack Bad Time's game over theme is also a soundtrack we hear in the genocide route called "But Nobody Came", this is heard after killing all the monsters in a part of the underground Normal Cuphead's pause theme is a reference to the theme that plays when you enter the Die House which is King Dice's theme song Sans' Pause theme references Megalovania (Duh)

1.In song whoope can be heard instrumental from the song "sans"and there are references to this song in this song 2.In the same song whoopee you can hear the sounds from the undertale during the battle with sans, and not only in this song. 3.If you die on the song Burning in Hell, you can see the death from the undertale 4.If you die on the song Burning in Hell, you can see how sans will count our deaths, just like in the original game 5.The name of the song "Bad Time" is taken from the original game when he threatens us.

3:56 the opening of buring in hell is actually "it's raining somewhere else".

The name "Devil's Gambit" refrences something with the devil saying "Double Or Nothing" in craps. When cuphead and mugman first confronted the casino and played but however. He did add the quote of him giving the whole loot to them if they win. And of course getting their souls if they get snake eyes. Yea you get the story of Cuphead. And I think that's how the lore of the name "Devils Gambit" was born. (PLUS he basically gambled the contracts so that's a reasonable thing)
