Late comment but I didn't notice either haha-
I'm here after having played the game a bunch, never heard this version of his voice before. It sounds really good, and I'm sure I'd feel different if I had played with this billy, but nothing beats his current voice actor lol.
Exquisite as FUCK. He WILL be missed.

I definitely like this guy more than current, but it is what it is.
Nothing against Clifford Chapin ( love that guy) But I'm tired of the same actors and actress being recycled over and over again When there are really talented people out there That should have there moment I personally love this old voice for Billy! XD

Oh, it absolutely is. And if Nero had a second gun and wasn't hiding his arm, I could absolutely see him reloading both Blue Roses as Billy did.
