well mwii has the player character miss the magwell briefly on some of the reloads (mainly on the smgs from what my memory tells me) if that counts

1:16 For me, it's more likely that "laggy" reload would be: A. There's a varying degree of delay inbtween hitting the reload button, and the player character actually starting the reload. But when it does, the animation progresses like normal. B. Starts off normal, BUT, the ammo count doesn't "update" until after your connection "catches up". C. Both.
