All people that on earth do dwell (Old 100th) - arr. for piano by Peter Duckworth

This is the well-known 16th century setting of Psalm 100 by William Kethe, who fled to Protestant Europe during the reign of Bloody Queen Mary in the 1550a. He later (apparently) became Rector of Childe Okeford in Dorset.
This hymn was sung at the late Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee service in Westminster Abbey.

Excellent job! This hymn is reminding me of another hymn that went something like, "Praise Father, Son, And Holy Ghost. Amen."

That's a trinitarian doxology, similar to the "Glory Be", but arranged in a way that it fits the meter/tune of the hymn being played. Traditionally, this doxology is sung at the end of singing a Psalm. This hymn is basically a translation of Psalm 100.
