I can agree that Sutton may have something going on, but I don’t blame her for deflecting and going after Kyle. Since Sutton’s introduction on this show, Kyle has been a terrible friend to her. Let’s also be mindful that Diana was used last season as a way to poke and prod at Sutton and Garcelle’s friendship last year. Kyle, Dorit and Erika want Sutton on an island alone so they could gang up and bully her, but Garcelle doesn’t allow that. So, I’m not going to be mad when she uses the same energy on them. It may be effed up of Sutton, but we’ve seen Kyle deflect from herself time and time again using LVP, her sisters, Rinna, Teddi and Dorit as shields.

I appreciate how you guys can both critique Sutton behavior, which isn’t always great, and point out the mean girl tactics from the other girls towards her, especially Kyle. Like let Sutton be eccentric and stop being surprised when she does something eccentric. It’s really frustrating watching grown women mix up intelligence and eccentricity. Again especially Kyle who is actually the one clearly going through it this season. Love the cast! You guys are great! Go birds!!

I agree. Christmas starts after Thanksgiving. Each holiday needs to have it's time.

…Lisa’s mouth, Heather’s gaslighting and all the other ladies silence…. Yeah, Monica was done! Definitely hard to watch and I was shocked (but not really) by Heather in that scene.

Garcelle is being overprotective of her son around the ladies because they, indirectly, are the reason Jax received thousands of incessant racist death threats. It’s gonna take time to recover her trust with the ladies. Good on Jax but I can see why she’d want Erika to make the first move.

I want a man who is so excited to put up Christmas lights he can’t wait until after Thanksgiving. That’s a good vibe.

I actually find it very telling how much production is clearly investing on Monica and having us learn more of her and her personal story from all sorts of angles. These scenes could have easily ended up in the cutting room, but it's production who finds them important enough to air.

Kyle is treating Sutton like she has treated her sister Kim It is mean and she does not treat the other cast members in the same way Yep Sutton was spinny and insecure. But Kyle is really spinning and was sketchy. But Kyle is no friend never has been

Heather told Monica she needed to make peace with Lisa before the trip. Then Heather told Lisa she told Monica to apologize to Lisa. The way Heather frame it to each woman was different. She's obviously appealing to Lisa, sucking up, now that Lisa has finally given her positive attention. She truly turned fast. 🙃

Splits Richards has never known how to have a proper adult conversation, it always devolves to swear words and insults.

After that scene when they show the pic of MIke, the only dad Brie has known, Monica says "this is not the first time Brie has seen these photos". This scene 100% produced by Monica,

Love your podcast guys! In regard your opinion on Garcelle's frustrations, I hear y'all but disagree. I would be annoyed as well considering her son is a 15 year old and Erika is a grown 50+. Erika wasn't woman enough to apologize without being confronted first last season and wasn't in this situation either.

On the comment about Monica’s scene being “fake” and happening too late - a lot of solo family scenes are shot without timelines so they can be slotted into whatever episode is needed. See Erika’s scene with her mom this week which has no mention of anything going on in the season or Kyle and Mauricio tattoo scene which actually was shot at the end of filming but put into episode 2 to set up a story. It’s up to the producers where they put these scenes to beef up an episode or retrospectively create a timeline so not fair to say Monica should have done this sooner. Plus all family scenes are “produced” by the wife to tell a story eg Angie’s dad teaching her how to cook to show how close they are or Garcelle showing struggles with her sons. These are usually shot pretty close together to accommodate for the family members but then spread more evenly throughout the season.

With Dorit it seems to always be “something” when it pertains to Garcelle. I feel like if it was any other event her comfort would not have been an issue

I have a theory that Dorit is hellbent on keeping things going with Garcelle, and befriending Sutton so that she’d be protected from the chopping block. This is the second season in a row where it looked like the writing is on the wall for her possibly being fired.

Yeah, I'm confused by that comment because technically all scenes are "produced"/planned/set up by the Housewives in some way. What does that even mean? Monica get nitpicked over nothing 🤣 Eeeeeeverything she does is suddenly duplicitous to some .

Glad you guys can see through Adriana, anyone who watched before the reboot knows she’s toxic. She gets away with it because she hangs with the likeable group. Also I’m with Shooter on Monica she’s too try hard

I agree with you guys about Dorit. To me she has selected PTSD. I find it not as real because you can go in one crowd and not be affected but in other crowds you are making a big deal about your PTSD. Girl your PTSD don't make sense to me.

As much as I’d love to see it, they wouldn’t be able to handle the great Diane’s energy lol. Now, Chris would be a great collab, he’s got a milder energy they could match.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with yall regarding Garcelle confessional comment and the use of the term weird kick on feeling uncomfortable with her kids being around the group... At the end of the day Erika came out way too clean regarding her actions with Jax. That also sparked the bot situation... Erika could have approached garcelle to ask if she could apologize to Jax. She is the adult in the situation not Jax. That was very big of him and shows Garcelle does a good job with her kids. She is going to be on guard because things went way left during last season and after. Like this situation went beyond reality tv, but I appreciate garcelle and her son trying to move forward despite all the negativity they faced. So a little confessional comment is light work.

And the reason Kyle’s marriage is on the rocks dates all the way back to Season 1 and her husband’s behaviour. It’s nothing to do with rumours about him. It’s the same reason most divorces are initiated by women her age. She’s sick of his 💩 He plays the congenial hubby but he’s a spoilt pain in the azzz and it’s finally gotten old for Kyle.
