Fun Fact: if you don't know what happens to the body of William his body parts were squeezed making the flesh thin and the head it takes off your skin and replace you eyes with animatronic eye.

It's actually both, a suit and an Animatronic. William died precisely because the springbonnie gears that were out of place came back to work and killed him. And for some reason You can still see his body decomposing.
