Jazz is not a genre by itself, it's more like a way to face the music. It's a thing that define the manner you'll play the harmony, the melody and the rhythm of the song. You can see it in how any other style can become jazz. And clearly this is one of the best human creations.

"jaft six": you are right, at 1:45 and 3:33 she should say "get along without you". However, she pronounces something that is not understood. However, the style of their song is excellent.

To my ear she sings "how can I get along, dear, without you" with the dear elongated. Maybe it's just to help her vocal fit with the melody or maybe it's a nod to Ella who embellished lyrics in a similar way.

Alguien por favor podría subir la letra de esta versión. Porque he buscado la letra y encontré que The Speakeasies Swing Band hizo unos pequeños cambios.

It's a jazz standar, you can search the lyrics anywhere: All of me Why not take all of me Can't you see I'm no good without you Take my lips I want to lose them Take my arms I'll never use them Your goodbye Left me with eyes that cry How can I go on dear without you You took the part That once was my heart So why not take all of me All of me Why not take all of me Can't you see I'm no good without you Take my arms I want to lose them Take my lips I'll never use them Your goodbye Left me with eyes that cry How can I go on dear without you You took the part That once was my heart So why not take all of me So why not take all of me So why not take all of me
