That's a good advice. System has to match your mind and emotion. If mind doesn't sync, it will hinder a good movement.

Truth. Everytime I participate in a (Dog Brothers) gathering or hard sparring event like (Tipon-Tipon) with a unknown people I have a healthy amount of fear but I know I need to address it in order to perform and get my family to safety when I need to use these skills we are trying to develop. Hope that makes sense.

Excellent mindset and technique. Superb insight on dealing with aggression. I would also add how important it is to practice with properly weighted weapons to understand how things will really work with timing, distance, and proper technique. The rattan stick has training scars as well. Great channel, thanks!
