Not so Fun Fact: The reason why Ice Cube's lines mostly consisted of usually edited reused lines was due to Cary hitting puberty and not being able to do a high pitched voice anymore.

It's interesting that even before Ice Cube got a new voice actor, they only ever recycled a small fraction of her lines. Quite a few of her BFDI 1-4 lines were never recycled.

2:00 marks Ice Cube’s last unrecycled line of BFDI

I think IC was unfortunately stuck being such a bland character because she genuinely got the most high pitched voice out of EVERY character. As of TPOT 2, it seems like IC may have gotten a permanent VA so maybe we'll get to see her character do more than just go "Wha? Wha? Yeah! Wha?"
