You have to check for yourself and see whether your assessing authority requires work experience.

Beyond what I shared in this video, I am not very familiar with other requirements that nurses may have to meet, but I would guess that if you have the right registration/licensing in Australia, you can try to find a employer to sponsor you. Thanks

For fresher is it compulsory for 2 year experience to get Australia visa as a international nurse

I didn't see any specifications for IELTS, but I would chose the Academic test to be safe. Other tests are accepted too like PTE, TOEFL etc

I may be wrong but what is indicated in the ANZSCO classification for RNs is they must have a Bachelor degree minimum.
