its for KBing an enemy in the air, other weapons can do this. and its partially enemy dependent as different enemies take knockback from different things depending on their weight

once i saw doing cyber grind and i glitched juggle and i got liike 20 juggles out of a gutterman

I think +BLASTING AWAY is just going red on the hammer while having your crosshair going downward as you receive it instantly as soon as you fired it.

I've been messing in Cybergrind for the past hour and the way I've found I get +JUGGLE the most often is with the Kuckleblaster's blast while things are in the air. It seems to kill less things than most other explosions.
