ALL NEW - RYOBI LINK Modular Storage & Organization [DIY or PRO]

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Organize your shop, garage, or work truck with the ‪@RYOBITOOLSUSA‬ LINK Modular Storage system. This is a whole system of wall-mounted and mobile modular pieces that work with one another. Everything from wheeled toolboxes to hooks for bicycles. Many of the pieces are Made in the USA (with global materials), and they all include lifetime warranties. The linear wall mounts support 75-lbs per linear foot, and they work seamlessly with hooks, boxes, trays, and screwdriver holders. We're looking forward to actually getting our hands on these very soon. Look for them to hit the Home Depot shelves in December 2021.

    Props to Ryobi for the Made in USA "with global materials" a step in the right direction to more domestic made products.

    Agreed. It's kind of unrealistic for bargain market products - like Ryobi's - to be made in the USA from top to bottom and remain at their current price points. So, at the end of the day, they're still employee Americans, and that's great.

    Yeah I just saw a video of their production facility in South Carolina where workers assembled their 40v mowers and things. It was cool to see!

    This brand never seizes to amaze me. Everything starts from home. Sigh....hopefully made in America means we are able to find them everywhere with no trouble.

    Now just need a max capacity testing review done, along with long-term testing. Like the product just not the price. Definitely holding out for a sale, so meanwhile making room.

    ❤️the great information, I’m a Ryobi fan because of the price & I’m a DIY’er on a budget. You’re the only one who has given the in store date & price, I’m going to get their pack out version to save time & steps. 👍👍to you, keep’m coming

    You said "made in the USA with global materials" quite alot but I didn't hear any details, what's made here? There can't be what 3 materials total do they ship plastic chunks here to melt here, do they ship the whole thing here and put it together here? 🤷

    I remember seeing a rolling toolbox system they only have in the UK awhile ago. That would be cool too. Hopefully TTI does a budget ryobi version of packout

    I've been following the link stuff since August and can't wait until they're actually listed on H.D. Unless those wall link 33" sections are ~$10 alone, making a french cleat system would make more sense if you're handy.

    Price isnt bad. The wall system and mountable tool boxes would be great for a van. I only question how those boxes and wheeled box will hold up in the field. Ive been looking for something like this and the Packout system is the best one out there but just too costly.

    It’s interesting not that impressed with the wall mount stuff and the boxes are just like all the other brands we’ve had for years. I do think they will come out with good different types of boxes and attachments in the future.

    Wouldn't a well-designed French cleat system do everything here with a lower-cost and possibly even greater versatility?

  • @adamrychlick

    @adamrychlick

    That's what I have currently and cleated plywood ryobi hanging tool shelves. Although easy for someone with a decent diy shop, I think Ryobi is targeting even more entry level buyers. The wall rails definitely look more sophisticated than french cleats but I think Ryobi will price themselves out of being comparable.
