Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
RYOBI just announced 3 brand new high-pressure and high-volume inflators and deflators. Due to hit the Home Depot shelves in January 2024 are the PCL001, PCL016, and PCL031. The PCL016 and PCL031 will each blow up a queen-size air mattress in just seconds, while the PCL001 can reach 160 psi. You get a 3-year warranty with each of the RYOBI compressor units. #review #tools #ryobitools #homedepot

No car tire test? No talk about duty cycles?
Cant believe you never tested the different models time to fill up tires. Also should compare it to the old model as well
The old high pressure high volume combo gets used all the time at my house. Does all the tires on vehicle’s and mowers. Took it with me to Moab Utah to air up the tires after off-roading. Always use it for air mattress and lake floats.
I got the pcl001 today and replaced the shader head with a Presta head. It's the coolest thing in the world to me right now. I ride my bicycle a lot, and my least favorite thing to do when preparing for a ride is making sure the tires have air. This is absolutely the most brilliant solution to the problem, and my wife would confirm that I can rave about how great this thing is for a full 30 minutes.
Sweet now I can inflate my blow up doll faster without waking every one up
It would have been nice if the inflation time for the mattress between the whisper and non whisper blowers had been compared. Also, a comparison in inflation time between the large and small high pressure pump up to 90 PSI
Cord management is awesome, but on board storage is a must. I can't believe they opted for the pouch.

Great catch ElectricIguana on the pouch! The 'handy' handle on the old one is gone and replaced with grip insert (let's see how often Ryobi fans will drop these new units and start complaining LOL!) Other than a bump in PSI (new one is 160 vs 150 for old one), this new unit is an incremental upgrade. I expect promotions on the new inflator/deflator will match the outgoing model by the time May/June rolls around for Ryobi Days. Cheers!
10dB difference is a 10 fold increase in intensity, and sounds to the human ear as about TWICE as loud. It's a huge amount.
Was hoping to see the deflate mode in action on the mattress!
Just purchased the PCL001 intending to use it yo air up car tires. Where can I find an air chuck to fit this? What setup do I need?
Whats the max psi for the high volume setting. Also the psi guage on or active when using high volume?
Looking forward to the high pressure only auto shutoff one. So glad they did this, I'm never going to use the low pressure side of the combo ones.

One never knows what life brings 😊
Is the tube that connects to the air mattress universal? In other words, will it connect properly to most major brand, for example Coleman, air mattresses?
Decibels are logarithmic, not exponential. Every 10 decibel increase is a doubling in perceived volume. So 94 to 85 dB is more or less 44% change in volume
You guys should look at the gen 2 ultra torque from harbor freight both 1/2 inch and the new 3/4 inch model.
Just got home from home Depot 1-25-24 none of these were in store?? What happened?
Which one is best for trailer tires?
I dont think I new a new model raft inflator I have the old model and have not used it even one time I hope it will work if I need it to I would hope if I try it will work well enough but I think its unlikely I will need it !
Bare tool pricing makes these must buys for me.
How much is the 3rd one?
I had the old blower that you have and I wound up getting rid of it and replacing it with the 18v Makita blower. I didn’t even have any Makita batteries so I have to run it on Milwaukee batteries using an adapter. Aside from the performance, which was merely ok, the two main reasons I got rid of it was the noise and how hot the handle got after a minute or two. Obviously Ryobi has addressed the noise which is awesome, but have they addressed the burning handle? Does it blow any harder than the old one?

The hot handle is issue is what I really interested in knowing as well! I still have the old Ryobi blower but added a knockoff Makita blower that uses Milwaukee batteries from Amazon for waay less money, but I almost bought that Makita blower!

I would look at the PSBLB01B, which is Ryobi's brushless blower. It is closer to equivalent to the Makita you mentioned. It goes for $99 for the bare tool or $149 for the kit.

@@kennethanderson7642 I’ve seen that one but it looks really big in comparison to the Makita and this Ryobi model. Since I have both the knockoff Makita and the old Ryobi they are closer in size to me. Whenever my HD gets that brushless Ryobi model I’m definitely gonna take a look at it!

@@kennethanderson7642 Yes that is on my Christmas list for sure! It appears to be more of a super compact leaf blower than a duster but it still looks really neat.

It still gets fucking hot. Came to KZread to see if anyone else was experiencing this. I'm now convinced to return it.
Its been 2 months- still dont see the Ryobi PCL016B for sale anywhere..

Yeah same here. I’m looking to buy one.
First 2 are available already
The new compact blower is something we should talk about
can i use the airpump pistol to dry my car?
So Ryobi made a two in one and two one in twos lol.
I think I like the old design of the dual inflator better.

Hoses seem more protected on the old and it works fine. I use it all the time.

@@TyeWillsI agree. I use mine more than I thought I would. It’s works great. If they wanted to make it better they could of done faster pump and a longer duty cycle. Even the handle is better on the current one.
You didn't Test 160psi pound pressure
Those black nozzles have NOTHING to do with the PCL001B.
It took a full minute to blow up a bike tire to 90psi??? Ugh - I love my One+ tools but Ryobi's inflator is one of the weakest spots in the lineup. I have the original dual inflator (it's shorter but the same form factor as the current version (not this new version)). Unfortunately, if you watch comparison videos like Project Farm's inflator comparison you'll see that the Ryobi One+ inflator is slightly worse than the Harbor Freight Bauer inflator and the Lowe's Kobalt inflator and nowhere close to the Milwaukee, Makita and Ridgid inflators. I understand those cost more money but I would gladly pay more for a reliable One+ inflator that could post comparable inflate times. Was really hoping these 2024 models would be the answer but it appears they are not -- and may actually be worse than older versions (at least the dual use). The reviews on Ryobi's website for the 2024 dual use are terrible.
the impact driver style inflators look stupid as hell.
Hey Tim, ryobi is diy to me, I tried the 262 impact that burned out in a few hours from Bn,
