I think instead of Figure falling out the window it would be cool if Figure ran off frame. Then when he's banging on the lift door frustrated that he didn't kill us, his fleshy skin texture would appear melted, charred, and noticeably burnt and damaged from the fire. I think it would be pretty disturbing seeing Figure in that form banging on the lift door, then sending us to the start of floor 2 by ripping the cables.

Well we saw figure could repel holy lights of the cross thing so I guess he’s powerful enough to not get damaged by the fire and the blinding lights did say his sense except sight far surpasses us which means he does feel more pain, which explains the reaction towards being burnt so I guess this is what figure is supposed to act like I guess, ngl tho the animation of figure being burnt is very goofy ahh and epik

Animation aside, this update ranked up the difficulty ALOT. I cant even imagine how hard floor 2 will be.

I love that the character takes a rest, and experiences free fall when the elevator starts to descend faster, as that what you will experience if you fall down in an elevator. So overall I give it a 9.7/10. We need depth, greed and I forgot the other one, it's silver and has eyes.

coming from an animator the animation quality has improved alot, it seems much less robotic and looks smoother except for the part when the figure gets set on fire. animation looked so goofy 💀💀 but i wish they had just directly reanimated the old door 100 cutscene at the metal gate instead of re-choreographing it because i felt like it wasnt nearly as intense as when the figure was swinging towards the player and knocking everything over. him just walking down the stairs toward the player was so lame

as an animator I agree, the first 2 presented in the vid but it was the stairway one that was lame. Him swinging down breaking stuff and then grabbing and the shelves bringing them down before letting out a monstrous roar that literally left a shadow of his teeth behind the player felt so intense

I love the new cutscenes, not because the animation is better, although I do like that a lot, but because it feels more tense. Seek is seen chasing you at a high speed, and it feels like he is right behind you. The Figure’s cutscenes have them come so close to you at high speeds, so you have to stay quiet. Overall a great big update.

What I like is that they gave the characters more personality, it always felt like they were robots or something because their movement was really basic but now you can see they have much more feeling I like how seek climbs out the gooey thing and figure it's now more apparent his blind due to his movements (also I like how he freaks out and runs away when he touches the fire, it's kinda goofy but still very cool)

The old animations weren't even bad, still really good for a roblox game. Even tho seek's new animation is better, figure's old animations were better. The old door 50 cutscene it looks cool how figure peeks and walks and how the lights flicker. Now he's just drunk. And the old door 100 cutscene, he swung and it was way cooler and more intense. But the new door 100 is just lame he walks the stairs. That's all i have to say i guess lol.

0:00 I really like this animation. It's less robotic and much more intense 0:14 Here they actually improved something that I was asking for, and that's clarity. From the very first animation one could see that they were trying to introduce the player Figure's sound mechanics, but the noise of the creature and the animation were not helping. The new animation really helps since we actually see it stop, look in the direction of the noise and rush in that direction. It was the change in timing and anticipation that I was looking for

I’m love the all the cutscenes animations because the animation cutscenes is so smooth and realistic movement

Animation for Figure getting set on fire could definitely use some work. It's hilarious, not tense. Other than that, fantastic update in every area. Animation updates, new rooms, new entity, new secret easter egg, new rules, new lots of things. Doors is so clearly a passion project, and the DEVs are doing so good. My 5 year old loves this game, and when I play it with him, I'm reminded of early access games that actually reach fruition. Everything about this game is a good thing. Much love.

I wish figure didn’t try to kill us in the elevator. It would have been funnier if he just ripped the cables, used his long arms to stay in the shaft, and wave at us. The seek cutscene really makes it look like he has been holding back the whole run to kill us and wants us dead. The actual reason figures cutscene was updated on door 50 was to show off that figure is now impossible to outrun ever without vitamins.The 100 cutscene he used to swing like spider man but now he walks down the stairs to prevent the old cheese where you could run past him. I don’t know the context of the fire scene, but I think it would look better if he turned to crispy bacon.

They made them seem all so much more natural

Aside the animations, the balance on difficulty is a lot better, ex: the run is better since running away from seek makes you be able to run while looking around, making it easier
