    Also its close to Lotte Market! I got a TB home myself in the state. Very happy with it. I'm encouraged to see how much Orlando continues to grow!

    Correct me if I’m wrong but this is on the border of pine hills. Can you do some videos on any upcoming developments that are planned for West Orlando / pine hills. I recently bought my first rental property in this area.

    I saw your note about not talking about lower income areas. I did a whole video about parramore and the developments happening in the area. Pine Hills hasn’t really been touched lately. No big news to talk about. It would definitely be some thing I mentioned, if so.

    They have 3-4 tiers for each. So the 4 people at the top tier was $160
