    I'll be honest, arrma did real good with this mojave release. That white part on the plastic, might be able to be brought back to life with some silicone spray. I would scrub it with a clean scotchbight pad, and then soak it down with the silicone spray. Let it sit for a few hours. The dry plastic will soak in the oils and not be so brittle.

    Thank you yeah I think it’s because they’re a lot like me as a basher I don’t have to have a diff a slipper is plenty good for me… the difference can truly only be noticed at a pretty high level of competition car…. You can tune a slipper just like a diff an they’re a lot cheaper in the long run…. Now when I raced off road buggy it was really nice to be able to switch between the 2 center diff works great in high traction but when it’s loose I much rather have a slipper…. But now I bash so whatever it takes to SEND IT!!! But I do like it an it works so good in there that I wanna do a build using one in typhon 3s or something a bit more custom lol Thanks for stopping by an watching my vid

    The body posts getting jammed in was when running on very loose sand, the sand/stones get packed into the post holes.Jamming the posts into the holes, probably not an issue if you dont run on to sandy areas.

    worst body sticking was Earl Moorheads video, he had to use a hammer & punch to drive the pins out from umder the chassis. He couldnt pull the body off at all untill he got home, this could be a potential problem if the truck started to smoke, Arrma are aware of the body sticking problem now as they reached out to Earl.@@RC4us

    Yeah mine broke in after about 4 packs. It still has some tension but one good shake and it pops right off now. Some times harder than others but not as bad as the first 1-3 runs. Now I've put around 14 or 15 packs through it and it's been unbelievably fun every single run with no issues aside from the center driveshaft (rock got stuck and melted right through, same as the other 3S and 4S trucks have had issues with) but that was as easy to fix as swapping the battery. And cheap. This thing has been an absolute beast where I live

    @@RC4us I'm not sure where the noise is coming from but I agree. The bearing might be the source of that deep wirring noise we all hear on our Mojaves at high speed. Mine does make that noise but I didn't think about that being the issue! But yeah, mine does make a noise too. Just might be shaking around on that plastic bit

    so if was choosing 1, what would it be Kraton 4S v2 or This? I own a Kraton 4S V2, but debating this RC. If i DONT buy this RC, will invest the money into my Kraton for upgrades, or my Losi DB Pro...Only have so uch cash to put into RC.

    It just depends on what you like to do not saying the Mojave doesn’t jump well but it is a short course truck an not a purpos built basher like the KRATON so if your sending it definitely get the KRATON if your just ripping around with mild jumps Mojave is AWESOME

  • @creditrazer981
    @creditrazer9819 ай бұрын

    Needs DX3 Controller with gyro, at price point per losi DB Pro. Also will need to drill the body post holes so body removes easily. Also after 2 to 3 packs of B2B play, you will notice the servo is gonna need a upgrade. Cant keep sending 7.4 volts to a 7.2 volt servo long, before issue occurs.

  • @RC4us

    @RC4us

    9 ай бұрын

    It handles fine no need for gyro I’m ok with the price with all the newer updates over the other 4s well worth an theys wouldn’t have set it at 7.4v if it wasn’t ok I’m 6packs in an no body issue I think that isn’t even a real issue as it wears into place really fast all I’ve done is thicken rear shock oil

  • @Krapper515

    @Krapper515

    I thought so too but I can say about 14 packs later and I don't think it needs a gyro at all. It goes where you want it to every single time. And nope, no need to drill or anything. Mine broke in about 4 packs through. Still a little bit of tension but a good shake gets it off every time. No issues with my servo yet either! May be speaking too soon but considering other people are having issues 2-4 packs in and I've put about 14 or 15 in, I don't think it's a problem with mine specifically.

    Are the 4s shocks as good as the 6s shocks for the 4s platform? Meaning, the 6s shocks are great with little complaints for about 7 years now but we all know how bad the v1 4s shocks were.

    Once they switched to the aluminum option those are super good an they make these exact shocks as option parts for all the 3s cars only real issue with the 3s line is how the rod would pull out of the perch/eyelet from being pressed in an not threaded… but yeah any of the aluminum shocks are great
