Ok I can’t help commenting: you say you have a ”lazy eye”, that you feel insecure about your eye area and all I see is a perfect face, which teaches us that even if there is the slightest asymmetry (that we apparently all have), it is the ensemble of the parts that creates great beauty like yours.

fellow no brows-er here- been loving hearing about your new routine, thank you for sharing! + I agree, I like how you do your brows normally more, everyones eye shape and preference is different but you always nail it. also this blush trick totally works, I layer Mac powder over my rare beauty or glossier blush allll the time. lasts longer than my foundation this way for better or worse lol

I like the way you make your brows more natural-looking. Besides, your eyes steal the show. As for mascara, I like using black/brown or brown for days. Black sometimes seems too overdone for everyday wear.

Emily,this was a beat video….I liked it cause you could follow it easily.

I actually prefer doing my concealer with my finger and tapping it in rather than using a brush❤ As I age (56 now), I find that keeping it close to my inner corner and outside corner of my eye to lift actually brightens and lifts my whole look!! I notice that if I run concealer (just with my finger) under my whole eye, it actually accentuates any fine lines (no matter how little I use) so I just avoid that area completely Now, my view on mascara… I’ve not worn mascara on my bottom lashes in probably 15years outside of doing a full on “Smokey eye” I just feel when I apply it to my bottom lash line it ages me… but when I do just the top… it lifts and brightens the eye area❤ What do you think??

The brows look like a werewolf mid-transition!

I've seen tons of videos where people have curled their lashes after they've applied mascara and who took their entire lashes of with that, because they stuck to the lash curler. I'd recommend waterproof mascara if your lashes can't hold the curl if you first curl and then apply mascara.

You could also use a liquid highlight mixed in with foundation. If I use foundation I normally do that because I like very light coverage. The Lisa Eldridge highlighter is the best one I’ve used to mix in.

After having kids you seem to be much more confident and it's so beautiful :) 10:19 Emily, that's sooo true. I could never wear mascara, even as a teenage girl, because it would make me look 10 years older and soo heavy and kind of masculine which is so weird

Thanks for sharing these hacks I’m not on TikTok so just have no clue whats going on in that world lol but I did buy that Clinique mascara you recommended and I love it too! I have no eye lashes too and no eye brows it’s awesome lol not! We also got the same skin tone very fair skin like me so very similar makeup ways I do too! ❤

I like the way you normally do your eyebrows. I agree, dragging it too far down looks unnatural for you, and touching up the very front as well.

I love the eyebrows! But it's definitely a strong brow look, if that's not your thing it might feel off. Especially if you naturally have lighter, shorter brows...

I’ve done that mascara hack for years!😂😂😂 it’s the only way my stupid, hardly there eye lashes stay curled. I have very similar, if not almost the same eyelashes as you!

All these hacks are so old 😂 Some of them like literally from 10 years ago. And even then they were not good. But I’m glad to find this chanel:)

My eyebrows are sparse, but I never touch them, because mine always look blocky too! Ugh. So I just leave them😂 I’ve grown to be okay with not having those natural, full eyebrows 😆
