    Yerba Mate is one thing I discovered in a natural caffeine product which I'm now currently taking. Haven't had coffee in almost a year. The caffeine withdrawals for me were a mess too initially but Im so glad I got over it :). I've honestly never had this much energy in my life since I started the product.

    I naturally drank energy drinks every single day before I decided to change my eating habits around. It’s true without education I have noticed that it isn’t real energy , not that energy I seek for. It does boost your caffeine which makes you shaky but i still felt drained /sleepy ect. And when I tried going to sleep early I couldn’t sleep. So I forced not to drink no more . I began to drink 2-3 a day because i myself believed it would help but it didn’t. It’ then became to realize I had to educate myself more . Energy drinks do not work it’s an addiction to something elsewhere than your energy. More like stimulating to the nerve system. Which isn’t good for your health. Coffee does not work for me neither -.-

  • @jond.6816

    @jond.6816

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@Viv8ldi sorry I actually read your comment too quickly. Your dealing with hypothyroidism which means your not producing enough of the important hormones that your body needs. Its under active which will cause serious fatigue and other bad symptoms. In this case, I would get off that medication and seriously consider a diet/lifestyle change. A low carb diet (ketogenic diet preferably) with lots of healthy fats and good quality proteins and some cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower rice. If you don't change up what your eating, you are going to have a hard time, that's just the truth. What you put in your body is everything and its very important. Most all health issues can be resolved with a proper diet, seriously. They don't want you to know how to organically heal your body because that means the pharmaceutical companies won't make as much money. Money rules the world and its sad but be empowered and take control of your health. You don't need your doctor prescribing you medication to fix issues. For example, many people who were diagnosed with bipolar disorder and had serious mental issues reversed those completely around and got off depression medication just by changing what they ate. They ate nothing but carnivore (meat only). If that doesn't blow your socks off, idk what does. It just goes to show how powerful diet is and that our bodies need proper nutrients everyday, consistently. Not a bunch of sugar and mixing different fuel sources together causing fat gain and leading to health issues. But anyways, with this low carb diet, you will effectively optimize your health and lower insulin where you'll start dropping weight and reverse any other health conditions you may have. Its very powerful. Along with eating ketogenic, I would supplement with some L tyrosine (around 500mg to 1000mg) first thing in the morning along with some iodine (you can buy lugols iodine solution 2% on Amazon) and squeeze 2 drops of that in water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach along with the tyrosine and you will feel much much better, guaranteed. But you HAVE to change what your eating. A deficiency in either tyrosine or iodine will cause the thyroid gland to struggle producing those hormones. And don't forget that L Tyrosine is simply an amino acid found in food and that's why its important to eat a good amount of quality protein. But you will need to supplement with it for a short time to get your thyroid gland working and then you can slowly wing off of it once you get going and you start eating good. But the iodine should be a staple in your lifestyle everyday. Its a crucial essential mineral that the body needs not just for the thyroid but for many parts of the body which people don't talk about enough. The recommended amount is around 150mcg but thats definitely not enough for us humans and so anywhere from 1-2mg is a good place to begin. And you'll read online that poeple say you'll overdose on iodine if you take too much but thats just not true. Your kidneys will just excrete any excess you don't need and you'll pee it out, just like salt so dont be afraid of iodine. Dr ken berry has great videos on this. 500-1000mg of L tyrosine along with a couple drops of luglos iodine 2% in water first thing in the morning with water and try to start eating healthy fats and protein. Oh, and definitely consider buying some magnesium. 200-400mg of magnesium glycinate before bed will benefit you tremendously. Most people are deficienct in magnesium and its required for like 300 different roles in the body. You can look up symptoms of low magnesium but depression, irritability, fatigue, low energy are some. If you need recommendations on an eating plan, I can help :)

    @@jond.6816 Thank you sir, Its very interesting. Most of these things I heard before, but it took me 10 years to get the knowledge, and I just recently started to apply. The good news is, I live sugarfree and glutenfree. The bad news is, I dont eat meat. I was vegetarian from 14-28 and I started to be vegan from 28 -32. When I was 14 I eat a lot of soy the whole day, I drank soy I ate soy. 4 years later I found out that soy was bad for the thyroid, so I stopped. But for many years I believe I had a high carb low fat and protein diet, I just changed to vegan keto and know I eat eggs and muscles again, I was just so despaired and had to introduce eggs and some muscles and shrimps again. I friend of mine who is studying nutrition also recommended iodine to me, after she heard I was vegetarian/vegan with no fish for the last 16 years. I ordered Iodoral (expensive american iodine brand) and took 12mg for 2 month, than I tapered down to 1g daily, than back to 150mcg. I felt much better, but it was always difficult here, because here in Germany doctors think its poison. I took antidepresence from 17 to 32 (prozac), I always thought my fatigue was caused by it. I tapered it off recently, it got a little better but its still not completly gone. I dont dare to taper of the thyroid medication alone because I am afraid I might get so fatigued again that I will sleep 14 hours a day or sth. A doctor found out a few years ago that my thyroid is very small and has scars, it indicates that I had hashimotos when I was young. I suspect it was when I was 14 and started being vegetarian and ate a lot of soy.

    Not a fan of keto or carnivore but Jon D. is good. He explained everything to you in just 1 response. If you really believe what he told you, that you don't need prescribed medicine for thyroid issues, you will also believe that you don't need prescribed medicine for depression. To beat depression, I would've just said, Calisthenics chch.. I could've said workout but then you'd probably be overwhelmed by the fact that you need to workout at a gym. In the field of Tasawuf using Al Qur'an as the means, mental illness does not exist. Depression is nothing but to non-Tasawuf believers, depression or mental illness is something and mind you the majority of muslims don't even believe in this field. Then again if you're a non-muslim, you must want to believe that it is true and works but just fyi, you don't have to be a muslim to experience the truth. Once you believe in the unseen, you will also believe that even this Covid-19 pandemic going on right now is nothing, orchastrated by an evil few. I swear to you, I know someone who knows about the cure for Covid-19, curing someone who was immunocompromised with not 1 but 2 immune disorders and had not stage 1 or 2 or 3 but stage 4 Covid-19 without a single medication, not 1. Peace man.
