I don't street race but I do go to the drag strip and run my car. I prefer going up against cars "I think is faster" than mine. Nothing is more fun than being in a tight race, not knowing who won until you get your time slip. The races where I don't see the other car after 60 ft. is boring.

Perfectly said. I roll race my Whippled 10R80 35-120mph here in Australia at a local race track every month. I'll never win the lot but I get into the last 15 cars out of a 120 starting field. I love seeing where my car sits and then making improvements to get better but I'm never scared to lose as I respect and love seeing all types of fast cars in action. Getting a fuel system and e85 soon ready for Spring time racing in September down under so hoping to get down to the last 8 cars!

@@ItalianStallion410 if you are gonna boost Apollo have you considered the ESS G3x or even the Gr3 with the G4X intercooler? I have friends that running the 6 rib 100 mm or 105 mm pulley with 1000 rwhp on the stock 10R80. They upgraded their axle and fuel system + OPGs & crank sprocket and cooks headers & they daily drive their Mustang. It is an impressive SC and ~$ cheaper than Whipple or ProCharger or VMP. These guys rarely lose a 60mph pull; and if they take a road trip they can get 22-23 mpg as long as they stay below 4500 rpm. So daily driving a 1000 rear wheel horsepower Mustang is attainable with reliability too. Cheers Jake‼️👍👊💪🇺🇸

When I was Jake’s age and younger, we raced anything anytime! I got beat most of the time but I had a great time the people beating had a better time but respected me! Now I win most of the time never lost in fact in my 2010 GT500 nor my Whippled 22 GT now. It’s fing fun! Just respect my surroundings and the innocent people even more!

The 60 roll for a blower isn't really what you want.. Blowers are actually better for dig stuff.. But that 10 speed is nasty from 30/40 up..

People are always looking for that 750 1000 HP... And you can have plenty of fun with 575ish to 680ish... 450 HP with a manual is a ton of fun believe me.. And it's ok to race and be slower.. Or lose.. It's crazy how people are trained to never admit defeat or show weakness we are living in crazy times. So they don't want to race for fear of being on someone's Instagram losing a race.. When I was young a few of us about 4 to 6 cars at the most! We would go to a back road where no one lived and have guy's on walkie talkies' down the road from each other both ways watching, and we would take turns and it was all for fun.. People would race knowing they were going to lose..

Cool video. Just wondering if you're going to do any mods to the EcoBoost raptor. I have the same one you have. Looking to do some mods. Also please don't take this as a negative but when you ask someone a question and you're talking to somebody please stop talking over them you have a habit of doing that you'll ask a question they're answering it and then you talk over them and then you don't hear the answer. Watch your video you did it so many times. So this is not a negative just an observation to try to make your videos better. Keep up the good videos I enjoy them.

Had a rurbo gti playing round on 40 ended up smoking him. Came up to a turbo jetta wagon thought beat the gti a jetta would be easy. That wagon had like 15-20 ft on me from take off.

A prime example why guy's go from Dodge n chevy back to Ford.. I have never been a Fanboy of Ford, GM, or Dodge.. If it's fast and nice to look at, that's all that matters to me not who it's made by.. Muscle is Muscle no matter who makes it.. It's the weight and gearing. The 10 speed keeps the 5.0 at the top of the tach where the 5.0 makes all its power so it's average power throughout a run prob isn't much less than the "700 hp car" this is why comparing peak dyno numbers is only one part of the story and that isn't what you should stay focused on like everyone does. If you don't understand the power to weight ratio and average power prob not being far off between the two because of the 10 speed. Add in they didn't really get to pull all that far it isn't surprising to see this outcome. People who stay focused on peak rwhp don't get it.

Do not put 3.73s in that car 3.15s ftw I’ve beat fbo 3.73 cars in a tune only 3.15 cara

You can when you're alot lighter and you have crazy gearing that keeps the engine in the powerband. People underestimate so much how much that effects things. They just focus on peak power numbers but gearing and AVERAGE power as well as power to weight ratio is what matters.
