But the part where she hides the box happens before "destruction" She comes back home, hides the box, calls Alya and asks her to come over, after Alya comes she watches Lady blog video and after that Monarch appears in her room

Here's why I think Nooroo has been also affected by the order Gabriel gave to the kwamis since they can communicate which was shown in Sandboy. Gabriel was transformed so he received the communication signal instead since Nooroo was inside the miraculous connecting the signal to the user of the miraculous. That's why maybe Nooroo communicated carefully with the kwamis and learned that Marinette was the holder of the Miraculous of Creation.

How do they mess up this badly!

One thing that's not often talked about: Monarch's Ep 1-3 design was intended to have the Miraculouses in camouflage mode when deactivated, just like we saw in the Paris Special, as well as on Marinette as Multimouse / Multibug / Ladybug and Queen Bee. Perhaps a budget cut, but still something to note.
