Shiguraki feels nothing but hate towards his grandmother, Nana Shimura. She was dead LONG before he was even born. The one Shiguraki met in the war wasn't even his real grandma but a leftover vestige, a ghost that dwells inside of OFA.

Maybe the theory of “Dad for One” will be reveal in the next chapter.

Shigaraki and most victims tend to cling to the manipulator/abuser to the end even in real life so i don't expect him to suddenly switch like that. Thats how sometimes they report to police then in the same breath drop charges and go back to them.

So I guess it can explain Sero Quirk and also some of the Vestige's quirks influenced by Spider-Man's abilities now Deku is at a crossroad to either save someone he loves or save other people kind of like in the first Tobey McQuire Spider-Man when Green Goblin makes him choose between saving MJ or the kids in the Sky-Lift.

Well there goes my theory that All Might's vestige would be complete, thus completing One for All. Then again with the incompleteness being lost, that means OFA will still be completed. I reckon One for All will have a full quirk awakening in the next couple of chapters that will give Deku the edge to finally defeat Shigiraki once and for all.
