The taxi driver gets revenge of pulaski
The irony that a taxi driver kills Pulaski and at the very beginning of the game he insulted a taxi driver when wrongfully arresting Carl. So Gold.😂

You have to kill him yourself for that. He died from that taxi ramming his car into the water so no cutscene.
