the animations are underrated because there canceled out by the massive amounts of visual errors they cause even in the "final update". skeletron/exo death animations is cool and all but when im sitting there staring at 2 fricken jawbones it kinda neutralizes it, with the exeption of DOGs death (primarily cause its base calamity.) every infernum awesome animation also has 1 or 2 not so awesome problems with it.

Man, that DoG eating providence it's the most bone chilling but epic thing i've seen in this mod, caught me really offguard the first time i saw it

Storm weaver having his usual lunch of harpies. But, These animations is truly incredible and amazing. Cal shadow's death one by far is the funniest of telling you to prepare for her final attack but then fails and dies

The Draedon one jumpscared me, 1984 big engineer is watching (seriously REALLY cool)

So that's why storm weaver kept spawning and disappearing when I was near space. It confused the heck outta me and gave me a jumpscare thinking I would suddenly need to go overdrive to beat a post moonlord boss right after entering hardmode. Small screen problem haha

Those cutscenes only activate once per world so if it has already activated, you need to go to new world to see them again

Provadence was already on the list of dangerous creatures and they tried to kill her, and the one who killed a great threat is an even greater threat Moreover, Draedon already knew about us and sent his mechanisms (twins, destroyer, skeletonron prime), he probably informed Yarim about this threat

Probably because she was in a weakened state so DoG took the opportunity to finish the job. The player was clearly not in a weakened state so he didn't want to try fighting. Also, the lore isn't the main focus of the game so who tf cares.

Draedon stopped working under Yharim’s command before we even started playing as the Terrarian, and it’s possible that even if he had, and also even if he had decided to let Yharim know about the Terrarian, there’s no guarantee that Yharim would bother mentioning us to DoG. There’s also the fact that DoG’s alliance with Yharim is more of a matter of aligned interests than anything resembling loyalty, so it’s not like DoG really had any need to go after us. Also there’s the fact that this is a fan addon to the mod and isn’t canon so
