That last hand broadway fold may be the best fold I’ve seen on this vlog. Sometimes folding is the best way to wreck your opponent.

he could only beat trip aces and it would be insane to bet AAA with a paired board and after the flush draw got there.
Great times between u and Mariano- awesome friendship! Love the content and the channel- keep grinding bro🙏🏼👊🏼✌🏻

Between friends is awesome fun. Problem is that many less advanced players see that and think they're really cool to do it to anyone. Of course there is no rule against it, but it's totally classless and I just prefer to be a grown up and act like I've won a pot before.

I actually love the tournament videos too, at least the ones where you run deep. And theres nothing better than seeing you win one! Except me winning one I suppose.
Ethan I like the cash games the way you play is liberating to see I like all the creative ways you think about the hand and how you can win it. Great content buddy!
Personally love the tournament videos brother - cash can get very similar, whereas there aren't very many great live tournament vloggers like yourself and it adds a cool dynamic as you could be playing turbos, Bounty's, short stack etc. Etc. Love the content bro, but yeah prefer tournaments personally 😊
Mariano slow rolling 😅 you, priceless content 🤣🤣, keep up the great work

The fold on the last hand was very disciplined. Well done. As you were going over the hand, I said out loud “The only hand that makes sense for you to be losing to here (given how the hand went down) is *exactly* Qh10h,” and sure enough. So nice disciplined fold.

Lmao the chip rolling from the hand movement is pretty smooth 19:30
Love the cash videos even if it's 2/5 being immuno compromised I can't play out in casino's much. Tournaments are a tough grind too but I like those too. For me it's 60/40 cash games. You and Mariano are the best vloggers put there!!
You were rambling at the end and I almost closed the video, but remembered you play Buddiez at the end, so I waited. Lol.

I enjoy watching the cash games more than the tournaments. Make that money brother!

mixing them up is great content, either way I will continue to watch
Tournament play is a real battle and is way more satisfying when you cash big 😎
I much prefer the tournaments buddy...I know they're a hard slog but when you're running deep it's mega exciting.
Ethan,hope spelling is right lol, I just found your channel been following for a couple of months! I like the tournament videos, I hope you still play those as I learned a lot from you!! No matter what, I think you are an awesome player and enjoy. 💫🌟
Aloha Ethan! Great video. Just keep doing what you're doing. A combination of cash and tournaments is a good mix. For people like us that live far away, in the middle of the ocean, It's good to see the reality of playing both. It's really not that easy especially playing both types of games. Different mindset for each game. Hope to see you at the tables in the near future. As always good luck at the tables and ake care.
Nice win. I question myself too. I've been winning at the Aria but I keep detouring to the craps table on the way out. Smh.

Wow Rampage that 10-9 vs J-9 hand was a really rough one but like you said, you had such a strong hand you have to call in that spot.

Love £150 bet on the river when you had AQ vs Mariano 4h5h #paintown and glad you added that to the vid to show both sides of the coin. Great content 👍
Love your content Rampage. Any plans of coming to the Bay Area and doing splashing?
Love tournaments here!
Make a road trip to Danville, VA next year when the new Caesar's Palace opens here (I live just an hour north of Danville).

keeep the cash vids coming !!!
I actually prefer tournaments (to watch and play). I don't see a lot of other vlogs that I like doing tournaments.
Is it possible to get a tournament with super tight play? Just to see how that would fare compared to current strat

hi ethan! good content keep it up!
Always always always always check back the river on your AQ hand when the board paired 9s
Mixing in cash games will help but can’t beat the high of a Tourny win!!
Good on you not getting too mad about the hit and run. It is extremely annoying, but like you said, it's certainly his choice. I personally usually make some kinda announcement that I'm out in about 30 minutes, just incase I happen to hit a big pot right before I have to go.
I enjoyed watching you play cash game than tournaments!!!
Your content is great. Keep on keeping on. Prefer the cash game videos but keep doing the tourneys. Better upside when score big
The cash videos are cool. I think overall they are better to "tell a story" because it's truly difficult to tell a "tournament" story by handpicking a selection of hands. However, I know you've moved up in stakes, as have others... but I would like to see more lower stakes vlogs too.. I think it's mostly because I miss the old BBC vlogs... PS are you coming back to this area anytime soon for some vlogging and/or mugs? Dom.
You played great this vlog!! (Except the AQ 10% river bet). Keep it uo
amazing start to a weekend! happy Friday my dude!
The cash game videos are always entertaining but tournament videos are more educational. Learning what to do in certain situations has been helpful over the past year. Keep'em coming!

Good morning Ethan. Sorry you lost on this session. At least you didn’t lose that much. Anyway, just so you know that I have been watching all your vlogs but I haven’t bee leaving any comments. I prefer watching the cash games over the tournament ones. You do better in cash games for sure. I hate the hit and run player. You knew he had it but you had such a strong hand man. Tough break on that one but whichever you play I'll be watching. Thanks for all the hard work you put in.
It’s funny to know that I already knew Mariano had a A3 suited since I watched his video before this one lol
loved the Mariano dance
I also just know that was Mariano that knocked down ur stack 🤣🤣
Have been watching for a while, great videos. How does tax work for cash games in casino? I always wonder, and if casino takes a rake per hand? Thanks
@ZeusJuicy2
Жыл бұрын
If you are tracking all of your play you can count losses against taxable gains up to 100% of your wins, however that’s assuming you are reporting your winnings (legally required, not something anybody I know does). It’s not something the casino tax forms you for, they only give you tax forms on tournament winnings/slot winnings from my experience.
@mattym8
Жыл бұрын
In the US you’re supposed to report profits and pay tax. (Few do.) In every other country it’s not taxable afaik.
@stevenchen4270
Жыл бұрын
So there is no records of ppl cashing in and out, just chip transfers? Got it
@ZeusJuicy2
Жыл бұрын
@@stevenchen4270 Correct. When you buy into a tournament they will ask for your players card (at least a players card is required at my local spot) and if you cash they will give you a tax form. When I buy into cash games, someone takes my cash and gives me chips, and when I leave I give them chips they give me cash. No ID required, no forms, no record of any sort kept, regardless of amount (so far, lol). Maybe if you are regularly buying in and cashing out in tens of thousands of dollars it may change but I've never experienced it.
8:01 85 is the nut on the second board
I totally agree bout the cash game vs tourny play... but i also see you win the large payouts from the tourny's but the probabilites of you or anyone else winning more than cash seems a bit of a stretch so i say stay with cash and play methodically 1 time in a while but the majority of your play should be cash... alot more flexibilities as well with time and energy etc
Cant just check can ya 🤣🤣
