Video is from 22 September 2022 on Hustler Casino Live channel. I don't believe Garret has played on the show again since the cheating scandal some time last year. I figured out which stream the video was from by browsing their streams and matching the players and clothing worn by the players in the stream.

I was trying to figure the same thing out and no, this doesn't seem to be after that hand. Just a few hours ago Garret himself tweeted that he hasn't played on a stream for the last 6 months. They sure are doing everything, except explicitly saying so, to give the impression of this being new hands rather than old reruns.
