You should go get a dragon defender and when you get enough to be able to buy avernic, just convert its ge value to tokens, then swap to the avernic

If ur on runelite; toggle it so it shows drops based on price diff colors. And hide items you dont want like bones. Ammo. And other junk. Makes it much easier. Also if you wield avarice and use the cannon you make a ton of cash. I set mine up south of altar and dont use it to recharge pray bc so many restores drops. Get like over 1.5m per trip before i bank
