You also seem to forget that unlike Martis, the damage reduction only works in front, so you cant get damage reduction when running away / hit from the back. And his damage reduction doesnt have cc immunity, only slow immunity. Biiig difference

This is so overpowered and game changing just for a single emblem talent

10:30 i think it would be useful for harith if there is no target and you need to escape certain scenarios without hitting creeps/heroes. dashing without hitting will result to your dash not resetting in your ult and will leave it at half cd so since the talent is faster it would take priority over his ultimate cooldown reduction and will result to a full dash reset without hitting anything. even more so you can do 3 dashes within 4 seconds without needing a target(dash > ult immediately > dash available again > wait for dash cooldown again and dash again for the third time since it has been cut by half by your ultimate) which is honestly big considering his other last emblem slots arent that helpful to begin with

i would say this is too op but because everyone can use it then no one can be op

There are certain heroes that would benefit a lot more from it . Martis for example has cc immune and dmg reduction on one of his skills ,Khaleed's heal plus dmg reduction. , Harith , alu. Then there are heroes that don't really benefit as well .For example tanks like Tig and Mino that would normally already have their skills ready before they ult for better value .

The problem is this requires heroes relearning. Just when you think you learn the timing of harley’s 2nd skill cooldown, he suddenly blink again. Or when you think you can endure tigreal’s cc barrage, here he goes with another 2nd skill. That’s like 9s total of stun.

@@ultrabasiccat4017 Some Tigreal users use his second skill first form (dash) to get closer to enemies and then use ultimate, follow up with his second skill second form (knock up effect) so using this talent would make his second skill ready again as they can use all forms of his second skill before ultimate.

You're incredibly wrong. Kagura gets next to nothing out of this because her ult already resets her 1st skill, and because it only procs once every 20 seconds none of the later skills in her combo get reset by her 2nd ult. In fact this is terrible for Kagura because now heroes she could escape from can use a second CC skill or second dash.

I was thinking it would help with her 2nd skill to evade enemy, but then i realize i usually use her ult first before her 2nd skill, so it only helps with 2nd skill where she jumps to her umbrella, not the one where she leave her umbrella. My combo usually 1 3 1 2 3 2 1. But now I think about it, might work if change the combo with 1 2 3 1 3 1 2 2. Maybe have to test it when the talents out

For jawhead, you can use flicker-2nd skill combo, then ult to stun the enemy, then 2nd skill again for more displacement

As a Tank and Support main, I'm happy that temporal reign is back.

Alucard can also utilize it when escaping after being ambushed if you go exp with vengeance and true damage build

Jaw can still use his 2nd skill (maybe comboed with flicker) to throw enemies, then use ult, right? (No need to answer.)

This is good for heroes whose playstyles don't rely on their Ult or have multiple instances of Ult available for use.

As an atlas main i use fleeting time in my build this talent will be like a cheat code for me

I buy fleeting time as the 3rd item, after dominance and magic def either radiant or Athena, the other cd item is bruteforce, plus from support emblem. That gives 35% all in all. But depends on the situation

Fredrinn 3rd and 4th skill is activated at the same time when leveling it up... Maybe not a bug...

As a Badang main I find this very interesting to have a new wall after the enemy might escaped the first one with low hp

I’m telling you esme will love it sometimes you need that quick shield or extra dmg after diving with your ult will definitely be useful but not mando I’d say if you’re going tankme definitely more shielding means more tanking

For kadita u can do combo and then use the first skill and sscond skill like doing the combo for ult while those reutrning waves will do damage

I think it's actually a good use for Kagura specially for freestyles

Estes actually gets a free first skill at any cdr after ult even tho it does not say it. So new temporal emblem talent wont help him unless you want an extra slow.

I think there's a bug on the new thunder belt, it's stacks wont add on your hybrid defense permanently. Everytime i bought thunderbelt in practice mode this happens.

I think so too, I built it on overdrive and it's stacks weren't adding up. There's also a bug on Angela where you can't ult instantly.

suggestion: temporal reign should give stack skill half of the maximum stack because stack skill really doesn't synergize well with cd reduction

Temporal Reign is a bit bugged on Kadita. When you use the 2-1-3 combo, her first skill won't reduce CD.

as a Melissa main user, i approve this. the extra puppet (2nd skill) and Dash (1st skill) are a must for clash and when being gank.

This will change the game completely

The best thing about this talent is that unlike most others, this talent can be used by almost every hero. Unlike the others talents where only some specific heroes could benefit the most form those talents.

Her ultimate is sometimes used to heal her teammates across the battlefield so I'm not sure if this talent can be really useful every time she uses ultimate.

Bro i want to inform you about a bug on yin when he uses his ultimate and then his 1st skill on enemies then its normal but as the enemies turn invisible such as miya with her ult or tanks with conceal then his 1st skill no longer deals damage and yin stops smashing the ground the sound effects of the skill also disappears. Please check this bug

actually its OP with chip. you could reset the cooldown of his 4th skill just like pharsa. you could engage in teamfights with your 4th skill then use your ulti to summon teamates but after the team fights your teamates can youse your ulti to teleport back to their areas but you cant and need to walk distances but with temporal reign then you could teleport again too and it would make chip with super push build a super menace. imagine you snow balled, you split pushed using your 4th skill, if only 1 or 2 enemy defs that lane then you can kill the 2 of them but dont forget to use your ult to reset your 4th skill, now your low hp and other enemies wanna kill you too so you need to escape fast, when you feel or saw enemies are coming at you, you can teleport to the opposite sidelane and split push again

there's so much changes. will it affect the pro scene though? like there's new items that benefits damage dealers so will it kill the tank meta?

I think nolan is ok with that talent because when i use nolan and dive for a kill and using the combo 2-basic attack-1-3 there is a 0.5 second delay on 2nd skill which makes nolan to stay in tf for that time. With that talent after that combo used 2nd skill is ready which allows nolan to dive-kill-out like all of them in a 0.8 to 1 second is crazy

As a Floryn main, this is perfect esp if the passive of FOTO is still on cd and I need to heal my teammates after ult faster
