It's a fact not only Rengoku, any hashira apart from "Yoriichi" can't defeat him one on one situation! So it's a big win for Rengoku that he still manage to faught him for straight 5 hours!! Even in multiple times he dominated akaza but because of akaza's unimaginable strength & superfast regeneration skills at the end he devoured by defeat by fate!! . . And don't forget during the battle with tanziro & giyo Akaza wasn't interested in fight in the end because he remembered his past & learned about his father , dojo , master & wife . Which makes him sad and he doesn't want to fight anymore that's why tanziro & giyo win that fight in 2 hours only! If akaza wanted to fight they can't possibly beat him even in 10 hours !! Or who know akaza won that fight after that!!

I personally think that Giyu deserves more respect like my man's feats is 1.onshotted Rui the lowerank 5 2.Hashira with the most abilities 3.the most powerful water hashira(in generations) 4.after Gyomei and Tengen he is the most experienced in hashiras 5.he was still up after battling the Demon king and hold back DKT not to hurt people 6. 13th form tanjiro single handedly dominated muzan for awhile dude literally has the strongest breathing style which can inflicts the most amount of damage, I don't see how a slayer with weaker breathing style than sun can inflict more damage to a demon. Also I belive rengoku and tengen were both unmarked so their rankings would have been completely different if they were marked.

Most accurate tier list I have seen so far. But in my opinion rengoku should be above giyu if they are not marked. But yeah marked giyu is stronger

Tanjiro is below Gyomei and Sanemi. Now as per as akaza battle was concern there tanjiro got heavily injured by akaza even though he was with giyuu. Proof : Chapter 153 :Akaza(headless) kicked tanjiro so hard that he went flying and got knocked out.Same happen to giyu.In my opinion if plot didn't come into play then surely tanjiro would have died in akaza's battle. Whereas sanemi fought prime kokushibou without mark for sometimes and kokushibou himself said that sanemi and gyomei are the strongest hashira in this generation. Kokushibou also mention that gyomei was the strongest in last 300 years which means gyomei was stronger that akaza (whom muzan made him demon around 200 yrs ago). And moreover kokushibou had moon breathing (infused with bda) + transparent world vision which made him as strong as heavily poison drugged muzan. So The speed ,power and exprience of kokushibou was also very great and still kokushibou prasied these two hashira further proves that they are the strongest Here Tanjiro would have died if he fought kokushibou rather than poisoned muzan.

Okay, guys, The reason Rengoku was defeated wasn't because he was weak, but because he was fighting an Upper Rank Demon alone. Those who read the manga will notice that during the final battle(Infinity Castle Arc and the Sunrise Countdown Arc), no one fought an Upper Rank Demon alone. Everyone was divided into groups of two or at least three

I feel like shinobu is underrated(in terms of fight) so before you abuse me listen to me carefully. 1) She is arguably the fastest hashira(fastest hashira+super agile) being in base form she blitzed douma and douma also claimed like about 3 times that she is the fastest person he has ever met. 2) Being such a tiny person and having no strength doesnt mean she is useless, she is such a pain to catch and also she is also arguably the most intelligent person in the series, which could backup her strength against demons. 3) Just with 1 finger sign she informed kanao about douma powers. She also made the drugs/poison with tamayo which was the main reason for the death of muzan. Shinobu and tamayo are one of the most underrated characters despite being the mvp of series.

Rengoku is the strongest hasira in his time. He didn't have demon slayer mark but he still almost killed upper moon 3 by his own no one has not helped him though he has already fighted up 1 lower moon. Rengoku deserves A position in the right side of Tangiro.

I think you should put shinobu a bit higher place in tier list especially above mitsuri because she didn't do anything in all the flights she was useless and you said itself that she was not impactful right so why did you put her above shinobu. And talking about shinobu she did far more than just beating doma ok because of her a lot of characters are alive and because of her poison doma died and she also attacked him give him scratches and because of her poison he was affected by it even if it is not able to kill him but still he was affected and also he praised shinobu's speed that how much fast she is and also he called her the fastest hashira I've ever seen it says a lot about shinobu that far then strength she is very skillful, intelligent, cunning, great at making strategies and very dangerous. Shinobu sacrificed her life to defeat douma and if she didn't douma would have killed kanao and inosuke and because of her and tamayo's poison hashiras were able to defeat muzan and if those two didn't came together to make the poison it would've been difficult for the hashirs to defeat muzan. And also shinobu made a drug which can turn demons back into humans and kanao used the drug to turn Demon King Tanjiro back into human so it says a lot that how much of a strong and best character shinobu is in the anime. Also shinobu is far more beautiful than mitsuri her character hasn't been over done if you know what it means she hasn't been over sexualised she is so naturally drawn by the author and that is why I love shinobu she is a natural beauty and undoubtedly one of the best characters in this anime where on the other hand mitsuri's character is strictly fanservice and has been over sexualised just for male gaze and there is nothing unique and special about her character design and overall her character. She is not that much beautiful basically she has a face of a 12 year old and a body of an over sexualised grown up women and the author destroyed her character by making it fanservice she didn't put any logic or any depth into her character like she put in shinobu's character the author made mitsuri overpowered just presenter like she is strong and she can keep up with man but it making her character more weak she didn't use her physical strength in any some sort of way and the author made her really weak and useless in all of the fights and made her a just a love interest for obanai iguro and she had the potential to be a really good character without some cheap fan service and a bad backstory but the author just focus on making of fan service for male gaze and present weak.

Gyutaro was very powerful from his power he could be upper 4 or better but because of daki he was upper 6. Tengen uzui managed to defeat gyutaro without demon slayer mark + being poisoned. That's why I think that Tengen is more powerful than Mitsuri. I kindly respect everyone's opinion ❤❤

I think rengoku deserve A tiar as he fought akaza alone for hours and even very close to kill him and if see carefully maximum hashira have awaken curse mark but our boy rengoku without mark very close to kill akaza and i think if he would be able to anlock his curse mark he will defeat akaza

But this doesn't change the fact that either or giyu can fought Alone with akaza for 5 hours straight. & Rengoku fought him fearlessly even he wasn't ready for him. . . Another thing i agree tanziro & giyu still is better than rengoku in there prime but Rengoku still deserves a lot better position in comparison to zenetsu , kanao & inosuke! . @@adarshsingh7811 Akaza's main power is in his compass, and his compass depends on others battle spirit. Rengoku's battle spirit was insanely high which made akaza really strong. In case of kanao inosuke or zenitsu their battle spirit is much inferior to rengoku, resulting in akaza being weaker while fighting them. So yeah they can put on a really good fight to akaza (specially kanao and inosuke). But they can't kill him due to lacking sufficient strength/ap to decapitate akaza.
