These all are speculations anyway doesn’t mean they will return this year and doesn’t mean they will come out during Halloween or even day of the dead. Rosa and Dante are day of the death skin not Halloween it’s not the same month so we will see. Day of the dead is November 1-2 and it’s about celebrating the people who have left this place it’s about honoring not making fun of like Halloween does. It’s a culture not a holiday.
