As a Raider fan I used to move Warren Sapp back to DT and change the defense back to 4-3. During 2-3 and long plays I always do T E stunts with Warren Sapp and Akbar Gbaja-Biamila and Bobby Hamilton with Warren Sapp running on the edge. I would get so many sacks and that was with All Madden difficulty during the franchise season. Give it a shot and as always Coach Dawkins, I enjoy your content and work.

I have commented in a lot of threads on many of these videos how he could make an awesome Front 7. If he signed ONE backup LB, he could make an outstanding Front 7. Brayton over LT, DT 2 Washington, DT 1 Sapp, and Akbar over RT. Backups at DE - Hamilton and Grant. Backups at DT - Parella and Sands. Starters at LB - LOLB Danny Clark, MLB Napoleon Harris and ROLB Travian Smith. Clark and Harris would be the LB Duo in a 4-3 Nickel Scheme.

Tough one, but what a game.

Exciting game, could’ve had it. As some others commenters said, it’s worth looking into possibly changing the roster positions. Maybe move Sapp to DT, and remember you have a young Schweigert at Safety. He turned out to be a solid player for OAK in real life. He’s young and will improve quickly

Said this in another thread, I'm surprised he didn't sign HB Trung Candidate in FA. MAYBE he could get a young HB before the trade deadline to develop for the future to be the #1 HB in Oakland.

Edit : He does mention Larry Johnson at RB in a later video vs The Chiefs. And Huggy Bear Jr (Fargas) has stepped-up A LOT.

You can still move Warren Sapp permanently to DT easily. You have enough to do it on the roster. MLB to LE, Sapp to DT, 3rd DT to LE, MLB back to MLB. DeLawrence Grant played DE in the NFL.

*Coach,* Schweigert and Gibson are still young enough to learn. Start Buchanan at FS, slide Woodson to SS. 5th CB to FS, switch Woodson to SS, Schweigert to FS, 5th CB back to 5th CB.

Im going to tell you the most dangerous run play on that game and how to run it but its like cheating the cpu. In the i normal formation the hb counter is super deadly!!!! BUT you can touch turbo until after the pulling guard throws his block. If you patient and don't hit turbo until after everybody done got they man i swear even on all madden you can average almost 10 yards or better

The counters in most of the formations with a FB, with 2/3 TEs, and/or even in Singleback formations can be DEADLY!! ESPECIALLY, IF you have an Offensive Line with Guards who have good speed and acceleration. Combine that with a RB and FB with good/great speed and acceleration, you're off to the races!!
